Quick Question:

How many people can come with you at any one time? Is it 25, or more (not in battle) but as in people in your squad?

I think it is 25, I don't remember. I think I recall seeing some numbers somewhere on the screen showing how many members you have and how many you're allowed ( 19/25, etc.) Try finding it on the Party Screen.
