This thread is for all you lovely people to take pictures of your Final Fantasy XIII game, the guide and/or 360 bundle. However, please do no comment on other peoples' pictures, of you wish to ask a question try to reduce any spammy comments to as minimal as possible.

Got my copy and hardback walkthrough from GAME this morning at 9:20am :-) Cost me £20 cause I traded in a lot of games XD I didnt want to order online in case I didnt get it in time :highfive:
 
Damon and I got our copy at midnight at the 24 hour Asda. We only got the normal copy. Luckily, we weren't the only ones to wait for it. There were at least three other people lined up at the till to get the game.
 
Just got back from school(skipped first lesson to get FFXIII)]
my local indie videogame shop was selling the limited edition for £40:gasp: he told me and alot of other people hes only only getting one copy in had to get there fast ;))

I picked it up from EB Games this morning. Me and a couple of other guys were waiting for the store open. I managed to be second in line :3

Pre-order bonus poster + preview walkthrough, but I caved and bought the standard edition guide.

I won't lie, not too pleased with spending a whoppin' amount for the game and guide (although I saved 5 bucks when I traded in a game), but screw it. I'd been saving for this day anyways :P

With that, I'll see you guys tomorrow :monster:

EDIT: Damn it...Now I wish I just paid the extra 10 bucks for the Collector's Edition guide...I keep wondering about the extra pages in it Dx

Love the poster, sadly there wasnt anything like that at GAME. I was looking at the Final Fantasy XIII Xboxs and believe it or not, I was tempted! But I dont have that cash and I love my 360. Id only be getting it for the Final Fantasy style.
 
My husband got it for me last night after he got off from work at 12 A.M. He was going to get the hard copy guide but they were already "spoken for". I didn't pre-order anything since I didn't really see much point to it.

But anyway, just stopped by real quick to post this before I play the game.

So they were having this huge FF13 event at HMV oxford circus, London, where these Square bigwigs (Yoshinori Kitase - director of 5,6,7,8 and producer of X,X-2,12 and 13 and Isamu Kamikokuryo - art director of 12 and 13) were signing copies of FF memorabilia.

Naturally, with it being a stones throw from where I live, I had to check it out..

They only signed one thing per person... luckily I brought the broski and got the guide and game signed :woo:

I was all like 'konichiwa' and they wer all like :ffs:

Still, I made eye contact with one of my heroes :cry: i feel so privileged. Thousands of people but totally worth the wait.

Did they sign the plastic wrap on the game?? :confused:
I still see it on there ahahaha. Unless you like peeled only a little off for them to write on the box itself.
 
Hates everyone who got the limited edition in Europe. Got my game today, and I'm still waiting for the Limited Edition guide from amazon. Wish I didn't have to wait, but it was $15 cheaper on amazon than it was at gamestop. So I chose to wait. I can't wait to get home so I can play this...
 
Ahhh, finally got my copy just now as I got out of work and it's goin' through the opening cinemas right now! it looks amazing and I actually wasn't as pumped as I was when FFXII was releasing, but it's been over 3 years since I last played an FF game, so I'm finally getting all jacked up as this game is now in my possession!

Xbox 360 version = 3 discs! ZOMG!!

My gf preordered it for my birthday... she doesnt want to give it to me now because she says she wants it to be a surprise... seeing everyone else's copy makes me want to squirm. Plus I'm typing this from work which makes it all the worst.

They did sign the plastic. I'm not looking to take it out though, :rage: market value would depreciate quite abit xD
 
So I went back into the shops today and had a hunt around for the best price.

Big W had it for $83, so I got EB Games to price match just so I could get the Warranty from EB Games as well.

Much better then the $120 EB Games originally wanted. >.<

My lessons just finished so I had time to pop into Gamestation and buy it. I love the cardboard cover that it comes with. It's much prettier than the actual box cover itself. I didn't bother with a guide - I don't really have that much money left to spare.

I was broke so I could only afford the game! Although I should've recieved the character postcards since I preordered, but, I never got them...
