Personality: Personality: Leo has Aspergers, which means he has trouble making and reading body language along with keeping eye contacting. Communication isn't the easiest of things for someone like him. He hasn't had many friends of the same age due to a massive difference in interests. He's also more intrigued with parts of things and their workings than the actual object, such as a car, he would be interested in the wheels or windows. His disorder also gives him the habit of pulling at the right side of his hair often, which he thinks nothing of.

He has also set himself in his eyes to be the "normal" person, often not being able to relate to some people. It's very difficult for him to empathize with other peoples pain and sorrow. Keeping up long conversations can be hard as well. Instead, he usually has predictable topics. But his topics aren't the only predictable things. It annoys him greatly when things are not on a routine scheduled and planned appropriately.

In the heat of debate, Leo is stubborn, but tries not to show it. Once one is to get close to him in an emotional manner, which only his caretaker has accomplished due to Leos inability to get out of the house, he becomes more understanding of the person in terms of discussion; still not fully empathizing with them.

First Impression: There is definitely something wrong with this mans ways of thinking, but yet he is still a very good and smart person.

Distinguishing Marks: Very pale, undisturbed skin, almost like a baby's skin.

Religion/Spiritual Views: Agnostic; Maybe there is, but he won't believe it until proven despite the possibility

Special Talents/Abilities: The ability to come up with mathematical equations for most things given a proper time span.

Weapons: a Six Shooting revolver held on a hilt over his shoulder.

Strengths: Very nimble, capable of fitting through tight areas quickly. Also a fast thinker (see powers) and capable of quickly thinking of a strategy best suited for himself.

Weaknesses: He has not honed his body to be used to much physical stress in both the manner of moving constantly and taking blows.

Vitality : Since his body was not physically honed, as already stated, Leo does get hurt, however his mind over-rides the pain temporarily, allowing him to keep going. He will, however, feel the effects as time goes.



Speed : As a runner, Leo is rather slow. On a 1 mile run he clocks in for a 10 minute run (about 6mph)



Stamina : Just as his speed isn't so great, his stamina isn't either. At best he could run for 11 minutes, but would need a long rest before being able to do it again. Running for that long is not easy for him.



Reflexes : His reflexes are slightly delayed, making striking him simple provided he isn't consciously paying attention to your movements.



Fighting Style : Analyze the area, analyze the enemy, analyze the situation, analyze the allies, then find a strategy to fight and win without too much stress on the body.



Weapons : Leo uses a five shooting revolver, a Smith and Wesson Model 500 to be exact. With its 8-3/8-in. barrel, the overall length of the Model 500 is 15 in. and the empty weight is 4.5 pounds. The cylinder alone is almost 2 in. in diameter and approaches 2.25 in. in length. Thumb the cylinder open and five charge holes await. Each is 1/2 in. in diameter, and the .50-cal. cartridges they hold are almost 2 in. long. Load five of them and the total weight of the handgun climbs to 5 pounds.



Magic : Leo doesn't yet realize his ability to see numerical values in everything around him is a special magic permanently stuck on his eyes. When he looks at something he sees it in a numerical value as well as how any normal person would see it. If he focuses on one single thing, he begins to come up with complex equations to learn about whatever it is he is looking at. Before he can understand fully what he sees he has to first simplify, then solve the equation, which can sometimes take a long time.

Aside from the ability to see numbers wherever he looks, he also holds a second ability. Leo can enhance his mental capacity for 90 seconds (1 minute 30 seconds) to a point where everything seems like it is going slow. This is not to be mistaken for slowing time, Leo still has the same exact physical limitations as he always has, he has NOT sped up. Instead, it even looks as though he himself has slowed down despite that he could be pushing his body to the absolute limit. During this state, the numbers he sees can be read easier and coded out into a proper equation. While to anyone else these next 90 seconds will feel like a standard 90 seconds, to Leo, each passing second feels like 15 seconds (making the 90 seconds feel like 6 minutes). This means that he can also figure his equasions faster and study the area he is in much faster as well.

History: Leo was diagnosed with Autism before he could remember. His case was neither severe nor acute, it was simply an average case of autism. His parents worried he would never live a normal life...but in truth, they were right. because of this, he did have trouble learning how to speak and properly communicate. Most of his learning came late, but ever since he could read numbers, he could solve any math equations given time. What Leo did not know was that one of his teachers was a holder. He was not old, but he was also not great with numbers. After seeing Leo having his way with numbers, this teacher decided to pass the power of seeing the mathematical values of all things onto this autistic child. To Leo, this seemed normal once he got used to seeing numbers everywhere, so he thought and spoke nothing of it.

Born in Main, he moved to New Bedford to live closer to his elder brother after his parents passed away of a natural death.

Personality: Not much is known about Lyra other than the fact that she’s a liar and a con. When speaking to her she gets as direct to the point as possible if she finds the person to be boring. Yet if she finds the person to be interesting she likes to beat around the bush as much as possible. She can be cold as ice to others, yet playful with someone else. She is quite eccentric to say the least. However, this isn’t to say that she’s random. When push comes to shove, she is cold, calculating, and logical. In fact, she can be so much so that she will pick the logical option even if it means sacrificing herself.

To her enemies, she likes to take them down as fast as possible. To her friends, she can be extremely helpful. Yet everyone that knows her also knows that if she needs to, she will throw them under a bus if it suits her needs. At the end of the day she looks out only for herself. While she can grow attached to people, no one ever makes it quite as high on her list as herself. She has no qualms whatsoever about using others for her own personal gain, and if they should refuse, she has no problem forcing them to do whatever she wants them to.

In the middle of a fight, she cares very little for collateral damage. If it’s there and in her way, she will remove it one way or another or attempt to use it against her enemy. While she is not quick to anger, one will find that they really do not want to get on that side of her. In a good mood, she can actually be rather nice. Yet most of the time she is relaxed, yet cold. She is a woman that knows exactly what she wants, and will not tolerate anyone getting in her way. She is a sadist at heart, and loves being in control.

Special Talents/Abilites: She is an expert liar. When speaking to her, no one is able to tell if she’s lying. She could tell you that nothing bad would happen to you as she pointed a gun to your head and never crack a smile.

Strengths: One of her greatest attributes is the ability to think fast on her feet. In the middle of battle she can point out a clear advantage and use it to the fullest. She can more than hold her own in battle without anyone backing her up.

Weaknesses: If she finds herself winning a battle, there are times when she can become cocky. While she thinks logically most of the time, she is prone to mistakes. As she gets cocky, she can get careless. A clever opponent can use this to their advantage.

Vitality : Being of an athletic build, Lyra can take her fair share of abuse on the battlefield. Punches and kicks aren’t much to her, but after a while they will take their toll. Getting hit by something like a baseball bat will, like most normal people, bring her to her knees.



Speed : Lyra prides herself on her speed. While she’s not the fastest woman in the world, she does pride herself in the fact that she can run a mile before stopping. However, she will be just as tired as anyone else who did so.



Stamina : Having her powers for 65 years has advantages. In those years she has practiced using her ability greatly. Therefore, she can use her powers for extremely long periods of time.



Reflexes : Mixed with her speed, she can find that she can dodge many things. However, she’s usually on the side of dishing out the damage. Therefore, her dodging skill are a bit rusty.



Fighting Style : When in combat, Lyra is direct and to the point. She doesn’t like giving the enemy a chance to strike. She starts off strong and prefers to end it that way. Without warning, she will fire if she determines the person to be a threat. She will fight to wound first, ask questions, and if they are not to her liking, she will end them immediately.



Magic : Lyra’s ability is the ability to control fire. Not only can she control the flame, she can create it. She mainly uses her ability to shoot flames from her hands. However, she is also capable, and quite fond of, breathing fire. The flames can reach temperatures of 250,000 degrees F. However, they can also be rather light. All in all, it depends on how she wants to use them.

The downside of her ability is that it uses body heat to activate. If she uses too much, her body temperature will, ironically, drop. This is why when she shoots flames from her hand, she tries to loop it back around to her (as she cannot be hurt by her own flames). If the flame loops back, she loses no body heat. However, if she fires a ball of fire and it explodes, she does not get that body heat back. The drops in body temperature are dependent on how big the flames are. Even if she drops in body temperature substantially, jumping in fire will not recover her body temperature. It must be regained naturally. Hypothermia is a rather large threat for her.

And of course, her power is mostly useless in the rain, and is completely useless in bodies of water.

Relationship History: Lyra has been with many woman as well as men. However, men never pleased her either physically, or mentally. Therefore, she simply stayed with sleeping with women. She enjoyed their company must more than the company of men. It was only logical to stick with them. However, none of her relationships ever stuck. They either couldn’t handle her, or she would grow bored with them. Most were great for one night stands, but when it came to relationships they were all the same, and far too quick to bend to her will. Therefore, she was bored often.

Family: Lyra’s parents are long sense dead, and even as a child she never knew them much.

Personal Adversaries: Any adversary she’s ever had, has either died by her hand or died of old age.

History: Lyra was a street rat. Her parents never really cared for her all that much. So instead of spending her time at a home, she stayed out most nights and stole things. When she was younger, she often got involved in crime families and ran things for them. She learned quickly, and she did as she was told. After years of this, she worked her way up and eventually lost all contact with her parents. At the age of 21, she was called up by a member of the crime family that she worked for. Seeing her skill for stealing, fighting, and lying, he gave her his ability and left soon after explaining what he had just done to her. She never saw him again, but she didn’t need to.

Years of practicing allowed her to feel confident enough to leave Seattle and start traveling. She stole everything that she ever needed and she was never caught once. For many years she traveled this way, and many times she fought people with abilities similar to her own. She never took their power, but she didn’t hesitate to kill them. Many Seekers often fought her as well, and she took down most of them without trouble.

However, after a while she would feel pangs of random annoyance. They would lead her to city to city. Now, years later, she finds herself in New Bedford after experiencing that feeling more and more. She still hasn’t found out what the cause of it is, but she found that it occurs far more often in New Bedford than anywhere else. Yet, she also found by accident to make a lot of money… and for the past couple of weeks she has been doing research to assure that everything goes her way.

Her target is none the wiser.

Aspergers is a form of autism, Ringo. A very mild form, but still autism.

Actually..... no that you think about it.... so much for limited magical characters..... If that is the case, i might make a non magical cahracter, tho writing a character in one sitting is grueling.

For her profession and the surrounding she works in, Amira is surprisingly not shaped like a soldier. She is fit and slender, appearing more like a business woman (which she is). Due to her parents, Amira's skin tone is mostly white, although her mother's Afghan skin colour is lightly visible, making her not absolutely pale. Her face is proportioned rather well, with a pointed nose and rather large eyes. Amira's face shape isn't extremely sharp and her eyebrows aren't angled deeply. Her lips naturally curve upwards in a permanent slight smile which is perfect for her line of work. One would say she is rather fetching and beautiful, like a flower and exudes a friendly and helpful aura by default. Her hair is white and very long, reaching past her buttocks at the back and her sides reaches down past her chest in a middle split, revealing her entire face.

Slender and petite. She is sturdy enough to last and survive where she works at, but she is no soldier.

Personality:
Amira's is always polite and friendly. Business is in her blood and she acts accordingly in all aspects of her life, exceedingly polite and formal. As someone who is absolutely neutral, she treats people, attitude wise, mostly the same. How she actually shows her moral grounds and personal preference is via how much leniency and leeway she is willing to give when doing business. She is willing to make less of a profit and put more effort into offering a better deal, even making them priority clients over others, to those she likes and vice versa for those she doesn't. That said, this is personal preference of people, rather than on people's moral grounds. Just because someone is doing good things does not mean that Amira would like them. There are grounds in which she refuses to cross, that is drugs. Any attempt to pay via drugs or even offering her drugs would result in, usually, violent response. If she is in a good mood, she may give them a chance to revoke their offer, but their impression is forever tarnished in her eyes.

In normal situations and socialisation, Amira is still formal and polite in her speech and mannerism. She is pleasant and friendly, though not chummy and "i'll befriend every single person". Despite this, because she never seems to show anger nor happiness, people do not know what she is actually thinking. This makes it hard for people to gauge her. She is calculating and very meticulous as her job requires. One does not survive and thrive in the arms business by winging it. Usually, Amira smiles with rather friendly eyes. However, when she does get serious and her "angry", she still smiles, but her eye narrows in a rather sadistic and scary way and her smile feels more scary and intimidating. It is a look that not many see twice and it screams warning signals in people's head that they are toeing a dangerous line.

First Impression:

First impression of Amira is that she is someone approachable, even when amongst her body guards armed to the teeth. People feel that they can talk to her and that she would give them genuine time. They also feel that the slender young woman seem misplaced amongst the very obvious ex soldiers. When she speaks, however, they do realise that her capabilities betray her appearance, that she would dictate any deals or contracts via her terms, and not the other way around.

Amira's most distinguishing mark is her white hair and her generally, white clothing, particularly her white fur cap.

Style:

Amira dresses rather neatly. It is somewhat business casual, though it is not the most accurate description. It also does seem rather aristocratic Russian as well, particularly with the white trench coat and the fur hat. Most would consider it high end fashion.

Attire:
Amira's base outfit consist of three main piece of clothing with gloves and hoisery. Her shirt is a long sleeved burgundy blouse which have wide cuffs at the wrist with gold buttons. On her neck under the collar, Amira has a ribbon tied around in a bow up front looped through behind an intricate golden brooch (check appearance image above for size). Her skirt is white and rather modest, reaching 3/4 down her thighs. Her leg is covered with dark navy tights, whilst she wears knee high white boots on top of them. It is interesting to note that the zipper is on the front, though coloured to appear less like zippers. At times, she may wear a pair of white cotton gloves.

On the side, Amira can also wear a white trench coat (sleeves are pulled down)that has white fur lining on the end of the sleeves and on the collar. In addition, on her head, Amira can also wear a white fur cap. Lastly, Amira sometimes don a pair of sun glasses that have specially treated lense for combat flashes and protection. On each of her ring finger, she has a ring. This one on the left, and this on the right. Both are made of platinum. The right one has her birth year number set.

None. Amira is a perfectly normal human

Weapons:
Amira lives by selling steel, so it is only natural that she be good with her merchandise.

1 x H&K Mp7
Light and compact whilst being easy to use. Amira has this baby tucked into her coat on the lower abdomen left side in a holster. This allows it to be quick drawn with ease. She has lived through enough gun fights to know it pays to have something more rapid than her favourite gun. She is able to pull this gun out rather easily, though she has faster alternatives.

1 x IMI Desert Eagle
The main gun that Amira shoots with, modified from the dove tailed rail to a Picatinny. Tucked behind her waist in a holster, this golden pistol is mostly hidden by the tails of her shirt. Despite the heavy recoil and her rather thin arms, Amira has no trouble shooting single handedly with this massive gun. Even with the massive recoil, Amira is able to keep track of targets and shoot rounds in succession without needing to reacquire target after every shot. Still, for maximum accuracy, she uses both hands for the most part.

2 x Push Daggers
While the Desert Eagle can be drawn fast like any pistol, the pair of push daggers that Amira carry are much more inconspicuous and even faster to draw. Hidden on the underside of her cuffs on the inside of her sleeves, Amira can, with a flick of a finger, drop one of these daggers into each hand and hurl it at an enemy or stab an opponent preemptively. Despite its smaller size, Amira is a very capable user of fighting hand to hand with these two small blades.

8 x Throwing Knives
Hidden along the top of her dress in hidden sleeves, Amira pack eight of these throwing knives around the front and side of her dress with equal spacing. Each one has a special poket sewn into her dress for it to slip into. Due to its length of 20 cm, she can sit without issues since she doesnt have any at the back, but the front does stay straight rather than wave when she walks, mostly due to weight. As a happy side effect, the knives also double up as some form of protection for her upper legs. Weighted and crafted perfectly for aero dynamic flight, these specially made blades can punch through wood and if thrown properly, with luck, body armour as well.

Strengths:
Incredibly intelligent and gifted with words. Amira is an extremely successful business woman and it is mostly thanks to her wits and her ability with speech. Also, despite not being a soldier, she has gone through enough actual battles and observed enough real life combat to have plenty of experience and knowledge in fighting.

Weaknesses:
Since her profession isn't exactly combat, Amira is physically weak. She is unable to take any amount of blows above mid single digits. She has been hit before, but should the blows be far and between several minutes, she would recover.

Power:
Weak. Amira is physically weak. A slap or punch from her would probably amount to nothing unless she goes for vitals such as genitals, untensed stomach, throat etc. It is why she uses small knives whenever she needs to fight. Funnily enough, she has no trouble handling the powerful Desert Eagle with one hand despite being rather weak, though she usually uses two hands.

Vitality :
Poor. A few hits to her in on the torso would bring her down. Arms and legs, not so much. As long as she keeps dodging, she is good. Her pain threshold is high, so she wouldn't curl up after a hit, making her able to fight till the last of those few blows.

Speed :
Fast. Being a supposed non combatant on a battlefield and much much weaker than everybody else there, Amira has to depend on her speed to survive. She is quite capable of running fast enough that tracking her with guns can be an issue and her limb movements are a flurry.

Stamina :
Again, above average, but not stellar. Hard schedules and environment plus real life combat situations has at the very elast hammered some form of stamnia into Amira, even if she didn't plan to. Her guards has seen to it she even gets SOME stamnia training for her own good.
Reflexes :

Fast. Her reflexes are top tier for normal humans. Living life on the edge develops a sixth sense of some sort. Also, her fighting style and weaker vitality has forced her to be fast on the draw and quick while dodging in order to survive. While in CQC, she can react fast to vitals that appear with a small window of opportunity and she can draw her pistol pretty darn fast.

Fighting Style :

Amira tries to avoid confrontation as she really doesn't have a reason to be fighting anyone, being neutral and all. However, if things goes south, Amira can and will pull out a gun and start blasting. She is knowledgeable in firearm combat and can hold herself in a firefight, taking cover and shooting accurately and smartly. If guns is not an option, Amira would pull out her two push daggers from her sleeves and basically uses them as an extension of herself. Punches become stabs and she can whip her arms around and slash at people. Her style of melee is fast and minimalistic. Feints, sleight of hands and use of physics such as centrifugal force are all tactics she will use among many. Amira wouldn't outright kill someone. History:

Amira was born from an Afghan woman and a Russian man. Her mother was an Afghan beauty from a well off family, while her father, Mikhail, was the corporation top broker at that time. Upon a chance meeting, her mother fell in love with Mikhail and slept with him while he was in the district. After spending 2 weeks in Kabul, he left, saying that he may come back to Afghanistan later. This later was three years, in which Samira conceived Amira. Due to her having the baby out of wedlock, she was chased outside the family and had to live in a villiage farther off outside the city limits. When Mikhail returned to Afghanistan, Samira had already gave girth to Amira and when word got to her that he had returned, she went to see him about their daughter. While Mikhail wasn't a total douchebag, he was conflicted with this dilemma. He had liked Samira, but not quite to the point of being tied down. Telling her to wait in the village for a few days so he can think and get his business done, he went about contemplating ona solution. As fate cruelly play, the village was razed in which Samira was killed in the conflict. Mikhail only managed to arrive with his entourage to catch Samira's dying breath. with the two year old Amira beside Samira, Mikhail took the small girl in. While he had not built a strong attachment to the girl, he still took responsibility as a father. IMikhail was never a family man. Instead of warmth and love, he educated and trained her in his path. He genuinely believed that he was giving her a gift of power and tools for life. It wasn't such a big lose for Amira as she was also not particularly attached to her father. Instead, she loved her mother dearly, hence her last name. Rather she took advantage of it and absorbed every little bit of information about this line of work. Rather than a father daughter relationship, it reflected more of a a mentor pupil atmosphsere.

From birth till her 14th birthday, she was taught the workngs of being a broker and finally, on her 14th birthday, she was given reign to do a minor deal unsupervised. Richard, who originally worked with her father transferred to her team and filled in a semi quasi fatherly figure. Under his eyes, she began to gain more experience as a business woman and as a broker. As she matured out at 17, she had hired a few more guards as she has a reputation of her own now. It would be a further two years before she assumed her father's position as the corporation's best broker. Her father, on the other hand, rose to executive position and is theoretically her superior. It did not affect her overly too much as she continued to do as she wanted. Over the next six years, she increased her team, from just Richard, Fei and Yuri to having Aya, Freja, Marcella, Nicholas and Gad join them. This entourage became a necessity as she dealt with large scale goods as well as classified information and a large range of activities. Her contact network is one of the most extensive of the underworld and as one of the world's most successful broker, her security was a major issue, hence the increase.

Unfazed by the 2012 scare, Amira had taken a break from her recent trips through the Middle East, Africa and the Balkans. Taking a well deserved rest, she flew back to America. More specifically, in New Bedford. The house she was staying in was a safe house, making it a fortress itself, allowing Amira to take a breather. However, despite the secrecy or obliviousness of some of these magic users, Amira has caught further wind of these people. Even though she was on break, Amira felt in her gut (as well as her mind) that this was worth investing time and effort into, and quickly began to prepare for future interactions.

History:

She had been on a holiday that month, a holiday in White mountain National forest "See he sights" the tour guide had said "See the new possibilities open up before you" She saw them all right, She had gone to bed that night almost completely fine, her migraines werent bothering her as much now she wasnt working all week. But the next day something had changed. That was when they came. Strange people with strange powers. She hadnt believed it at first but when you have to dodge fireballs that are being shot towards you there isnt much room for doubt. She beat that first person by sheer luck of the draw, She had the advantage of home ground, this was the hotel she had spent a few weeks at, so she knew more or less the lay of the land. She managed to catch the other off guard and took down the slightly weaker person rather quickly. Accidentally killing the other person i nthe struggle to take her weapons from her. That was when it started Strange things were occuring Temperature and atmospheric pressure started altering depending on certain moods. she noticed it the most when the other one came for her She Fired blasts of frozen bullets at who ever that person was. How she escaped is a complete blur but all she knows is that she came to her senses 200 miles to the south of her hotel in a little town called New Bedford, Sitting astride a Harley davidson and carrying 2 handguns, the guns werent illegal but he had never saw the reason in carrying a fire arm before these problems, and she had never had training and yet it felt like she knew the guns better than anyone could
