Physical specifications:

In relation to physical spec’s, Lukas is a fairly average. As a male with a height of about five foot, ten inches, a body weight of roughly one hundred and sixty pounds and an average build, Lukas fits into the ideal specifications of his group. In body hair relation, he has dark, straight black hair that is generally kept somewhat short, but spiked and wild. He lacks facial hair, bare a few strands of downy fluff on his chin. His eye colour is a pretty common deep blue. Other facial attributes include: a small, but point nose, a defined and somewhat pointed chin, ears that stick out slightly, and a small mouth- which is usually encompassed with an emotionless “flatline” mouth. In most conversations, Lukas’s eyes are generally soft and relaxed.

Attire:

Set 1: Lukas’s primary outfit is a somewhat plain white unformal uniform. It consists of a buttoned-up white jacket, enhanced with a blue print hue that begins from the high collar and follows down the split in the middle. This blue print continues down to the end hem of the jacket and circles completely around. The upper chest area has a quadrilateral and triangle-like print, which is continued from smaller triangles on the collar. The blue dye is continued onto the jackets cuffs, which also have a likeminded design. On the shoulder area of the left sleeve, the jacket bares a cross-like symbol, which the insignia of his division.

In response to the detail of the jacket, Lukas’s trousers are a simple blank white. They as tailored to fit his leg tightly. The trousers are tucked deeply into navy colour, mid-shin high, steel toed boots.

Set 2:

Set two is almost identical to set one, but the blue trim is a very light hue. The appearance of the attire is more due to habit rather then coincidence. Added is a jacket, which he primarily wears outdoors during winter.



Personality
: In relation to others, Lukas is a friendly and polite young man who holds respect and honour towards others as the heart of his moral code. In many cases, people would generally describe Lukas as a kind hearted individual, who has helped them in some shape or form over the years. Lukas values family very much so, and usually prefers to allow his students compassionate leave whenever it is needed- as such, he is considered a “soft touch” and naïve.

However, this section of Lukas’s person is-infact- dated and manufactured. As of the beginning of the roleplay, Lukas has taken on a new personality, and uses his former as a mask.

While not prone to anger and outbursts, Lukas seems to be a human bomb. With each insult, each confrontation he must deal with, each time he witnesses his peers bully and ruin life after life.This, coupled with personal issues has caused the beginnings of a general distaste for his own race grows. While he ignores this in the beginning, eventually his desire for social contact declined upon his witnessing of a specific event, leading into a sardonic and lonely person. Of course, he did still discuss matters with his peers or subordinates but any connection with them was severed. Connections with these humans were usually coupled with acerbic wit, generalised sarcasm, faux interest or even blatant insults.

Lukas would probably only be able to relate with fictional protagonists, or others whom share his desire to “wipe the slate clean”. he is yet to find any of the latter, so his reactions to them is unknown.

In his mannerisms, Lukas is quietly spoken and generally has a soft(but fake) smile. In his rare conversations with citizens, his person is remarked to be “very nice, but hiding”. When dealing with his peers in formal matters, Lukas is usually just a notch under hostile and when reprimanding students for misconduct, he is particularly known to be extremely cold and calculating, deciding on punishments in a slow manner as to press suffering. While not prone to the usage of slang, Lukas is known to be somewhat foul-mouthed during arguments, with the odd swear entering into his common tongue.

As a person in upon himself, Lukas is definitely a complex character. His attitude would fit a subtype of- perhaps- the Anti Hero. His intentions are-in his eyes- morally correct, yet the way in which he proceeds is a complete contradiction to the catharsis he is attempting to reveal- he generally breaks the rules to enforce them, so that he may save this classmates by example. Also, Lukas bares no qualms about mortal danger and would be willing to kill of it came down to it.

Lukas is a fairly intelligent individual and as such, Lukas has a number of different interests in the arts. Books and tomes of knowledge are of particular interest, with most of his free time(and work time) spent crawling through spell books or commentary journals on magic. As such, Lukas knows a great deal about the different sects and derivatives of incantations and spells. He can admire a piece of art, and critique in his own manner. However, like many in his type, Lukas can be fairly cocky and confident in his own intelligence and has a habit of ignoring opinions from those he feels “moronic”.

As a melancholic thinker, Lukas seems to lack the key ideal of death seriously. He himself would welcome death gladly, and cannot understand why others won’t. As such, he punishes cowardice to his utmost degree. Another weakness is his habit to underestimate enemies once he has advanced his plans past a certain degree, as such counter attacks are an option that could potentially bring him down.



Weapons

1 Name: Nue

Information: A tradition is Lukas’s family is to present the first born with a weapon symbolising the child’s basic affinity: a spear-like lightning rod, his personal whom it is named after. The key features of the spear are the spikes and curves added into the design. The spear is dual sided, and thus allows greater options within battle. Other than that, no special abilities have been discovered from the weapon- although, it is suggested the original spear is Lightning-based . While this is Lukas’s favored weapon, the spear isn’t used quite as much as it should and is instead mounted upon his bedroom wall as a trophy of sorts.

Appearance: Basic one handed sword(will be added as a thumb-nail below)

Information: A simple longsword, used for swordfighting and the likes. No notable features of any sort. Usually used as a primary weapon.


Skills/Abilities:


1. Heightened combat skills- peak human ability.

Due to intense training and schooling, Lukas’s combat ability rival’s that of a soldier, with his attributes generally increased to olympic levels. His fighting style is flowing and-while not near as good as an Arma house member- takes his magical ability into account, with large strides backwards and one handed strikes common.

2. Lightning manipulation

He can create and control Lightning by transmuting his magical energy into electricity. This ability is even detailed down into Lukas’s genetics, as he comes from a long line of Lightning manipulators in his paternal line. As such, his Lightning is extremely high leveled in respect to others of his rank and age. This-however- limits his magical extent to excluding other elements. However, the return from this is that Lukas can activate this without incantations or any warning of any sort. This grows along with his Baleno magic, but is still weaker than those spells.

3. Basic gravity control (Push, pull, can multiply the gravity within a ten metre radius by 5 times normal rate.)

An ability adapted from his mothers bloodline, Lukas’s gravity manipulation is fairly average at best. He very rarely uses it as a main form of attack. Instead, Lukas’s tactic is to increase the gravity as a staller. This allows him to charge for a Baleno spell, or another tactic. However, it’s obviously not set in stone. His abilities for Gravity include the attraction of enemies towards him, the repelling of enemies away from him and the addition of weight in the surrounding gravity field.

4. “Baleno” archtype of Lightning Spells (spell numbers 1-3)

( magic upgrade from novice to intermediate.)

The “Baleno” set of spells are a tome passed between members of the Edwards dynasty. They are among one of the strongest sets of electrical spells in the world. The key fact of their strength is the abandonment of defensive tactics for a fully blown offense. Baleno differs from Lukas’s natural lightning by the colour scheme: the original is blueish-white, while Baleno is a deep red.

While any person could potentially learn the Baleno, Lukas’s body is best suited to the set, due to his innate proless with Electrical magic in general.


1 Description: Imperium baleno (Power to Command/ Lightning)
Energy: Depends on level of mage- novice user’s use more magic to cast spell. (If spell is cancelled, the energy is transmuted back)
Casting range: No range, spell effects user.

Info: this spell is the mainstay of Baleno usage, as next to all Baleno’s spells need Imperium Baleno’s charge. In the simplest sense, this spell gives the user the ability to transmute their personal magic into Lightning magic, a needed element for Lightning spells. The amount of magic transmuted depends on the level of the mage- Within the hands of a novice; this spell is fairly weak due to the extra magic wasted. An expert in general Magic usage-however- could wield Imperium to its fullest degree.



2 Description Erumpo Baleno (Discharge/Lightning)
Energy consumption: All Baleno energy.
Casting Range: Close-mid range (Can spread up to 20 metres circularly)

Info: This is the most basic of the “Imperium Baleno” Lightning subtype, yet among the most useful. By calling the incantation and releasing the recently stored Lightning magic, the user will release a shockwave of pure electrical discharge. While it possesses no defensive capabilities, this shockwave is fairly powerful and can potentially create craters around the area of the user. It has huge potential to take out novice opponents in one strike However, the shockwave is not a physical wall and- as such- a person may be able to interrupt its flow. Another problem is the magical energy released: As a discharge, the total amount of Imperium Baleno energy is released. This forces the user into a cool down and can leave the caster open.




3 Description:claustrum Baleno (Bolt /Lightning)
Energy consumption: Mid-level, progressing higher with charge.
Casting Range: Mid-long Range (20-30 metres(40-50 with proper charge)

Info: Unlike the destructive-yet expensive- Erumpo attack, Claustrum Baleno allows its user to discharge their charged electrical magic as simple Lightning bolts. These are usually released from the palm area, but others areas, such as feet or chest- have been recorded. The power of each strike is relative to both the charge time and the strength of the user themselves.

Of course, Claustrum does have a limit. IF over charged, the spell can completely backfire and electrocute the caster. This differs for each person, as the much more skilled and powerful they are, the longer they can charge. Nevertheless, the Claustrum bolt can never match Erumpo in strength.

6. Baleno Archtype of Lightning Spells (spells 4-6)
Lightning spell strength increased, magical threshold increased


The strength of Lukas’s lightning magic is increased in general, allowing him to access a higher tier of spells within the tome.

4 Description: Vultur Baleno (Voltage/Lightning)
Energy consumption: Depending on user, can be very high or low.
Casting range: Short-mid range (max 20 meters radius)

Information:
A taxing spell, this allows the user to exert their own magical energy into the static current present around the surrounding area. As such, it allows the caster to restore their energy through absorption instead of an Imperium Baleno charge. This is actually a side effect. The real spell plants targets in things touched, then allows the user to detonate it. These targets all link and everything in the area they cover gets electrified, paralysing enemies caught in the field until the duration ends.


5 Description: ciminatio Baleno (Charge/Lightning)
Energy consumption: High, with a steady drain for every moment the spell is kept active.
Casting range: Body/weapon effect.

Information:
This allows the user to charge the baleno energy into certain places of the body, increasing the strength and flow of energy in that limb. For example, by charging the magic into an arm, the user can pierce through most items usually impenetrable normally-like rock to a human arm. Or to increase running speed in the legs this-however- can cause the limb to lose feeling and become numb, along with frying the nerves to a certain point.

Masters of Baleno can allow the Ciminatio to actually flow into the limb and a weapon held, creating a link between the two and embedding the weapon with Electric attributes. Which this is a common ability; Ciminatio can actually force the lightning into lethal shapes- like a harpoon style on the arm.



6 Descriptions: Catena Baleno (Chain/Lightning)
Energy consumption: Mid-level- active draining.
Casting range: Mid-range (up to 20 metres)

Information: Catena Baleno allows the user to extend an actual connecting chain of lightning from their limbs and whip around in an attacking form. One of these chains can be create for each limb the user has, and is attached to them (Two around legs, two around arms). This allows for longer reaches for the user.

However, while the chains can electrocute others, they have no physical body. As such, these chains aren’t able to capture or hold any person.

7.Lightning Body: Increased fighting skills- speed and strength

“Lightning body” is the addition of magical strength into Lukas’s body, increasing his actual strength into higher levels of superhuman ability. Agility, speed and strength are all increased( To the likes of-for example- Spidey’s level) Less of an add-on and more of an ability, Lukas can turn this on and off at will. Of course, using Lightning Body increases the fatigue on Lukas’s body and can potentially shock his heart into flat-lining.

Gives Lukas the actual strength to cast these spells. More or less, this is a magical power upgrade.


8 Descriptions: eminus Baleno (from a distance/Lightning)
Energy consumption: High one-shot spell
Casting range: Long range (100 metres)

Information:
One of the more useful spells, Eminus allows the user to charge a huge amount of magic into a single, small blast and fire it from a distance. This is the same idea as- say – a sniper rifle. The strength of this one shot of lightning is high, but a minute of charging is needed. The main strength of this spell is its penetration rate. Eminus can pierce through most building items such as stone and wood. With a full minute charge, the spell can pierce through 4 inches of pure steel, at 50 metres.



9 Description: Effingo Baleno (Copy/Lightning)
Energy consumption: Very high, but clone is self-sustaining after creation.
Casting range: N/A (The estimated span of distance between the clone and original body is 100 metres.)

Information:
By transferring all of the “Imperium Baleno” charged energy into a conductive medium, the user is able to create an actual “Lightning” clone of them. This clone can move, act and react in the same way as the original body. The clone is not flesh and blood, and as such it cannot strike directly by itself. Instead, it relies on the medium. For example, if a sword is used for a medium the clone uses it as a weapon.

The clone may also “Kamikaze” the enemy: By releasing the energy from the medium, the clone explodes into a shockwave of Lightning magic. While not severely damaging, it has a stunning aftereffect and can set up combos. However, Effingo’s needed magic power means that it can only be used a seldom number of times.



10 Description Procella Baleno (Storm/Baleno)
Energy consumption: All Baleno-charged energy plus, most of the rest of the users’ magic.
Casting range: long range (50-100 metres)

Information:
As its name suggests, Procella is essentially the highest point which lightning can reach: That of a storm. This allows the user to actually harness the atmospheric electrons in the air, control the static and create actual thunder clouds for storms. While an actual storm isn’t one hundred percent (roughly about 20 percent) probable, the electricity created by this can be harnessed for a series of lightning strikes from the sky, by the user. These Strikes are both fast and extremely powerful, but accuracy is a problem.

However, if a storm is successful, the user’s control and power will be quite substantial. It could be capable for one-shoting enemies if they’re weak enough. The user will be able to control the storm itself and discharge strikes as they please. Again, it is down to the magical capacity for the duration. A person with Lukas’s store (at the time of this unlock) can continue this attack for a maximum of one minute.

10.Psycho Gravatational Enchantment (PSG-1)

Teleportation increased to world scale, High tier telekenetic powers –shields. Large scale gravity control- can manipulate the gravity strength up to x100 within an unproved radius, able to actually crush people with gravity control, can remove gravity from the actual area within 20 metre radius. Essentially, this is the peak of Lukas’s abilties in general, and as such he cannot grow much more past this.

A lost sect of magic, this differs from the general idea of reciting incantations in the world of the past in that the spell is cast in ritualistic in nature. By entering into a pact, the spell gives its user the ability to use a certain style of magic without incantations and at will. However, the main drawback is the fact that is disallows the user to enter into other magical fields. This form of magic mixes the arcane arts of manipulating gravity and space itself, along with the manipulation of his own mental potential.

Debuffs: Requires a ten minute charge period(after this, Lukas can remain enchanted for times ranging between 10minutes and two hours, depending on condition and usage.).

This enchantment prevents Lukas from using any other form or method of magic.

Can flare out of control and could kill Lukas and peers (As such, Lukas very rarely hits even x20 gravity while with a team )..

Cool-down period lasts for at least an hour, and the body recovery time can last for 3 days bedrest..

Over usage physically damages the brain and body- shortening lifespan and causing mental decline.

For Alyss I'd stray away from abusing that Teleportation ability. I appreciate the limitations but they don't seem restricting enough for an ability that allows oneself to teleport any and everywhere. I'd prefer maybe brain damage form excessive use or a physical limiter that makes her move slower maybe? Also I'd prefer if that unbreakable lock skill be restricted to MOST locks instead of any or all for plot/mission purposes. Lastly the dimension rip ability will be monitored throughout the rp just in case(for plot purposes as well).

I have a question for her barrier ability: At what point does her barriers break? You say they're unbreakable but each blow to them damages Alyss. If Alyss were to be severely injured, knocked out, and/or dead would the barriers remain there forever? And if so if she decided to protect someone and became unconscious with her unbreakable barriers still up how would they be able to exit the barrier? Just something I found to be a bit nosy on. The badge is in progress and she will be accepted shortly. ^_^

Don't worry, I'm not the type to abuse a power like that; especially after I've made big deals about people doing it in the past. I actually had meant for the unbreakable lock skill to say most, but I guess I derped and left it out. As for the dimension rip ability, I'll PM you before I use it to stay on the safe side. For teleportation, if she uses it too much, she'll get nosebleeds, headaches, disorientation, a bit confused, and very blurred vision. That okay?

Alyss is weeeaaaaaaakkkkk. While the barriers may be unbreakable, they do damage her when hit. So, let's say a giant ass explosion hit it, the barrier would hold, but it would hurt her. If the explosion were big enough, she's down, barrier's down, she's fucked. Something like a bullet would feel as if something stabbed or went through her. She couldn't take too many of them before they dropped. Once Alyss is down, the barriers are down. They're only really as strong as her endurance is.

Escaflowne's natural appearance is the epitome of Gothic, even if she herself isn't internally. Her skin is fair and pale with a harsh splash of big, blood ruby red eyes. They are rather unnerving to those unaccustomed to her. Along with her eyes is an entire head of raven black hair that is allowed to grow all the way down to her buttocks as well as a set of lips that are pale pink. Her physique is slender and lean, with her standing height being 177 cm and weight of 57 kg. That makes her rather heavy set that belies her appearance. Most of this is from toned muscles which she need for combat. Her initial appearance is rather intimidating, given her appearance. Her face is more a sharp beauty than a soft one and most would see her at first as someone serious and probably a bit gloomy.

Escaflowne has always taken a liking to the more prim and proper style that usually appear uniform like. She usually wears a white uniform shirt with a thin red tie. On top, she wears a short dark grey uniform blazer which reaches just above the hips. Her lower torso consist of a matching dark grey pleated uniform skirt that reaches just above knee length. To cover her feet, Escaflowne dons a a pair of knee high black socks and a pair of brown leather loafers. While she doesn't always wear them, Escaflowne has a pair of leather gloves tucked into her waist. Around her thighs, she has thigh packs for miscellaneous items. Her abilities meant that she really doesn't need to carry around a bag. What she does have is a thin red sash around her waist as well as a dark grey decorated rope belt that are used to carry her swords.

Around her neck is a pair of headphones and slipped into the breast pocket is a slim wire half frame glasses. When she wears it, ir rest rather low down her nose in a manner in which she can peer of the top.


Personality:
By nature, Escaflowne commands an authoritative and somewhat lofty demeanor, both in presence and in appearance. This compels new students to listen and be wary of her. On the contrary, she is actually rather carefree and easy going. More so with those she knows. In fact, within the upper echelon of the school, some call this carefree-ness more cynically as being lazy, and that would be partially true. If something could be done with the least amount of effort with the most satisfactory results, she would do so. That is not to say she is irresponsible. If push comes to shove, Escaflowne will crunch into serious mode and get things done with the utmost determination and dedication. Escaflowne possesses a brain with an IQ of 190 which earned her the monniker of Persocom/ Human Computer. She can adapt and think around any situation which would produce optimal results for all parties with the least amount of effort needed. She absorbs information like an infinite sponge and she has no weak subjects at school. However, with the advantage of such a powerful brain, Escaflowne has a shorter attention span and at times, cannot call up specific knowledge when needed. Its in there, but its not instant recall. Some might even call her brain a bit ADHD, seeing it seeks stimulation. Another reason she is also lazy is the fact that her mind consumes a lot of her energy. By just reducing the need to move around (IE: sleeping on the school roof), she can let her mind run wild and imagine. This also means that Escaflowne is a notoriously big eater. Do not attempt to buy her a meal.

Compounded with her laziness, despite her position in school, Escaflowne is not too fond of rules, mostly as a by result from her parents. The school expects her to follow the rules and regulations, but she isn't one for it and cannot help but go about things her own way. For sure, her mind would make her cover all her tracks and bread crumbs, but it is another of her known secrets and as long as it doesn't cause severe trouble, they let her be.



Weapons:
Escaflowne specializes in blade fighting, hence most of her weapons are of the blade nature. There are several that she always keep on her.

Touhou:
Touhou is the name of her three katana set. They are mounted one on her back, and two on her left waist. They are named as the following.

Daiichi is the long nodachi. It has a decorative hilt with red wrapping and gold guard and pommel. The sheathe itself is a dark grey purple and has a long length of red wrapping at the top that is tied in a way that it can be hung on a proper clasp or tied to a belt. For Daiichi, it is slung across her back by a section of the red wrapping on the sheathe. It is a whopping 150 cm in length with 40 cm for the hilt.
It stands at whopping 150 cm with a 40 cm hilt.

Niidai is the next sword, which is a normal katana. It has a white sheathe and white wrapping on the hilt, but the hand guard and the internal hilt is snow grey. Like Daiichi, Niidai has wrapping around a small section of the top of the sheathe. Tho not as extensive as Daiichi, its function is similar in that it is tied in a way that facilitate both clasping and hanging. Total length of the blade is 90 cm with a 30 cm hilt. Niidai is slipped into her waist and held there via the red sash and grey rope belt.

Sandai is the the last of the three. It is a Shirasaya kodachi of the same purple grey as Daiichi. The hilt is unadorned coloured wood as is the sheathe. Despite being the plainest of the three, it does not lack the cutting capabilities of the other two. The kodachi is 70 cm in length with a 20 cm hilt. It can be used for very quick strikes, as a shield sword or for dual wielding with Niidai. Sandai is also put on her left waist near Niidai, but is slipped in on the inside and more vertically slanted.

Hidden Blade:
One mounted on each wrist under the sleeves of her gray blazer. With a loop strap attached to her ring finger, Escaflowne can easily extend and lock it for use or retract it back, all with a flick of a finger. Despite being made with the highest quality, these aren't the best weapon to depend on. They are relatively short and although sharp and strong, should be used in tandem with her melee strikes.

Shoe blades:

Toe Knife:

Inside her shoes contains two weapons, four in total for the pair. At the sole of the boot near the toes is a retractable blade which when a certain spot is depressed in her boot, the knife will shoot out like the hidden blade. Like the hidden blade, it is best used in tandem with her melee strikes and her hidden blade.

Heel Blade:
The heel blade is a retractable blade that runs parallel with her Achilles tendon from near the base of the heel to around three centimeters above the ankle. It resembles more of an axe blade than a sword blade as it's intention is not for precise stabbing motions, but for slashing motions performed in arching kicks. It is used to complement her strength and to make her more deadly than already is. Similar to the Boot Blade, when a certain area is depressed by her foot in the boot, the blade will spring out.

Throwing Knives
:
These small knives, despite being small, is quite capable of cutting and stabbing. Although the slashing would be somewhat superficial unless it is across someone's throat, it is more aimed at being thrown and penetration. To do the most damage is to stab them with it. It is long enough that in skilled hands, can be aimed to puncture deep into people's organs. The knife can easily puncture lungs, pierce deep enough to the heart and big enough that it is hard to just shrug it off when stabbed. It is also usable in tandem with her martial fighting style. To assist in throwing, they have red ribbons at the tip of the hoop which she can use as an assist. She holds 20 of these knives. Predominately, they are stored in her thigh packs with 8 being in each. The last four are stored in her blazer inside, hidden in small secret sheathes. The hoops barely protrude from the hidden pockets and are there as last resort.

Skills/Abilities:


1.
Fighting Style.
Escaflowne entire fighting style is based on sword play and melee. What she is most renowned for us mostly for her swordplay and bladed attacks. Even with her large nodachi, her style is quick, hard and relentless. Her melee attacks are coupled with her hidden blades, making her attacks centered around lunges and whipping movements, reminiscent of Chinese kungfu. Given her long reach and speed, this makes her hard to get close.

Vector Manipulation I
This is the ability to change the vector value of any object her field touches. Escaflowne can generate a field that encompasses her body, though she has better control at her hands and feet. In an area the size of a targe around her feet and hands, she exercise more precise control. Within these fields, Escaflowne can manipulate the vector values of any item within them, ranging from stopping bullets in their path or making trains fly like a projectile. For less tangible things, she needs to concentrate in order to manipulate its vector. As such, fire, gases, energy and lightning of the sort will require her to use her hands or feet to negate. Otherwise, during defense, some of it will phase through her general barrier. Having contact with the object lets Escaflowne have more control and accuracy. Some example of her powers is that she can
do the impossible for ordinary people, such as manipulating her own vector for propulsion, push and pull, launch objects at extreme speeds and to create fields for defense.

Use of the power has consequences. Considerable use would lead to loss of balance and vertigo, due to the body's reaction. Constant use of vector manipulation will lead to mild loss of balance, which then escalates with further use.

Whilst this in itself is a powerful skill, Escaflowne doesn't have total grasp of the skill. As of right now, it is mostly used as a support skill to boost her cutting power and speed of her attacks by altering its vector values by a small degree. She is much more able to alter her own bodily physical vectors, which enables her to perform amazing feats such as self propulsion, jump and landing assist and increase the power of her attacks. Again, due to her incomplete understanding of this ability, the values changed are small. At this level, there is slight after effects

3.
Spatial Distortion Portaling
This is the ability to distort a small space that then can act as a gateway to a different area. In essence, a doorway opens up and allows her to move between areas as if they are connected. Escaflowne could jump off a building and open up a doorway in which would result in her just stepping out into a room. Rapid use of this ability is impossible as the portal energy required to open the door needs gathering. It is therefore ill advised to use during battle and only as a form of escape.

Regenerating Nature I
It is mainly due to this ability in which Escaflowne's reckless fighting nature evolved. Light injuries can pretty much be ignored and healed within the battle. However, deeper injuries would require longer to heal. In essence, she can survive more lethal attacks than most people, but it doesnt mean that it heals instantly right after it happens. The more minor injuries may, but a deep stab through her lungs or a contused organ would require some medical attention. It just means she would be back on her feet a lot faster than most people. Real critical wounds would require medics to keep her alive until she can be stablised so that she can survive until her ability kicks in.

Iron Forger
Iron Forger is Escaflowne's inbuilt power where she herself is a forge. To those uninitiated, the sight of her using this power is unnerving as what they see is Escaflowne pulling out a sword or weapon out from within her body. The ability is that her entire body acts as a blacksmith forge. Through the consumption of metal and materials, Escaflowne can pull out a freshly forged sword from within her body to use. She can even repair weapons, provided she eats the original. If a weapon consist of magical powers and made of special materials, as long as she eats the original, what she pulls out would be the weapon before it was broken. The total material she can store right now is enough to create ten swords of high make. They are good weapons, but are destructable. A side effect of this skill is that she can breathe fire from her mouth.

6.
Vector Manipulation II
The intermediate stage of Vector Manipulation. At this stage, Escaflowne can perform inhuman feats of speed, jumping and landing, making her parkouring a lot easier. The vector value she can alter is much higher than before, though still traceable and the weight of the object she can change has also increased. Intangible objects can be more controlled than before. The after affects is a bit worse, however. At the most severe case, her head may begin to spin slightly and there may be minor stability problems.

7.
Air/ Wind Manipulation
In comparison to her other abilities, Air Manipulation is a much more bland ability. It is basically the ability to manipulate the air around Escaflowne. This can either make her more fleet of feet, or encase her weapon with wind to incease cutting power or even launch said wind as an attack. A stab will become a launched drill and a slash will fly out and cleave. This can be applied to her fist and feet as well, though deadliness is reduced considerably and is much harder to launch.

8. Iron Forger II
A relatively simple upgrade. She no longer needs to consume the weapon in order to repair it and the weight limit of her materials increase up to twenty swords. Her mastry in the art of forging means given time and amterial, she can create magical items on par with master artisens. In addition, burning her materials, Escaflowne is able to reinforce her blades constantly, making it always in peak condition, even during heated combat. Still, the skill of the wielder would be most important in pulling out the weapon's potential. This constant repair can be done just by her holding the weapon. Her fire breath no long is restricted to her mouth, but her hands and body can turn into fire for a short few second bursts.

9.
Regenerating Nature II
Through much training and medicinal courses, Escaflowne's Regenrating Nature reaches its peak. Outright destroyed organs can be regenerated and even missing limbs, given time. Her body is able to perform first aid to her wounds, making her need for outside medics unncessary. For example, an ear to ear throat slit would automatically sew itself back up so that she doesn't bleed out, nor is her head flopping about. However, she still requires proper medical attention in tandem with her healing abilities later on. Its just that her body can perform better than before even with grevious wounds. A wound is a wound, regardless, so Escaflowne will lose combat effectiveness, even with Regenerating Nature II. The only thing she cannot heal from are physical brain trauma.

10.
Vector Manipulation III
All powers are unbridled and Escaflowne has a clear and mastered understanding of her Vector abilities. At this stage, flight is a reality, weight limit is increased by a large amount and her staminia in using Vector Manipulation increased by several fold. All that is described in Vector Manipulation I is doable. However, along with the increase in power magnitude, the after effects are also just as severe. Excessive use will result, at worst, her having trouble even running or jogging straight and her mind would feel like it is spinning, much akin to the feeling after having blood extracted.

History:
Escaflowne grew up in a strict disciplinary family. Rules, regulations, discipline, obedience and excellence was the belief in her family. Escaflowne played the part perfectly, training and sharpening her skills, her knowledge and her own authoritative aura. Her abilities and her body was hammered in and shaped for pure combat purposes as it was family tradition that they eventually enlist in the armed forces and are expected to lead. As much as she respected her parents and her family tradition, Escaflowne was simply, by nature, unlike what they wanted her to be. She was more carefree and relaxed, in contrast to the stiff and prim and proper lifestyle they lived by. Escaflowne is a good girl and had enough grace, love and gratefulness for her family to squash her own wants to satisfy her parents desire. It wasn't like she didnt enjoy the thrill of learning to maximise her abilities, whether they be physical or mental and she genuinely enjoyed combat. So it wasn't that great of a loss for her.

At school, she did the same, but her own personality flared out and her own inner desires surfaced. Now away from her parents eyes, she did what she wanted, whether that be being lazy or indulge in her wants. In order to stave off their curiosity and their expectation, Escaflowne satisfied them so that they did not query and stick too much into her school life, she joined the Student Council. As one of the highest student position at school, her parents can't complain and she could live her life the way she wanted at the very least, at school.

Yes it's preferable all characters are mortal or else it'd be an unfair advantage with everyone else being able to be killed and one person not(Not that I'm planning to kill characters....Unless they drop out:tehe:). But yea human, elf, even robots are acceptable, but a ghost or an immortal can go find another school to enroll at. :hmmm:


On a side note what I find funny is how many guys prefer to RP as girls. There's only 2 approved guy bios while there are 6 approved females. Guess we'll have to wait for the rest of the bios. :hmmm:
 
It's really strange to be honest Oli. The only person I know IRL who does that sort of thing is my brother's boyfriend and that's only because he feels he's a woman trapped in a man's body. -shrugs-

I can't read it at all. I can make it through the first couple of sentences before I have to stop reading it. More than likely, if he uses it when actually posting, I'm probably just going to end up not reading his posts and get the cliffnotes from someone who isn't color blind.
