I was thinking, to facilitate that time skipping and stuff, we could have our characters do a minor flashback in the subsequent posts after the skip. Not sure what you think of this but I'll just put what I have in mind out here:

So. Perhaps on the journey to the border and stuff, or maybe after crossing the border, an incident occurs. This incident allows Vesper to bear witness to something inspiring about your character... I'm not sure how exactly - open to suggestion. After which, Vesper would then be inspired to want to follow your character, regardless of her willingness.

I was then thinking that this incident would not be fully fleshed out. Just occasionally touched upon in flashbacks that our characters could have, or in the occasional conversations when they refer to this previous incident.

That is awesome. I just finished summer courses this past Thursday (hence why I've started SFR on the Friday) I'm going to be putting my other RP's besides SFR and KH on hiatus since they will be my primary focus. (and even then, Gundam may wind up with a reboot if I feel like bringing it back up again.)

Not necessarily. The character has just left home in a rather stereotypical journey of self-discovery, so... It's not really a must for her to start off the role play in Valira.

Hm, though if your character's going to Castilla, I doubt she'll pass through any of the Vestinian Hipsanian lands to get there from within Gallica. Perhaps the two could meet by chance in Toulousa? Seems to be a convenient stop in Gallica's that directly above Castilla. My character would probably have toured the lands of Gallica for some time then.

It was actually more or less my fault. I got rather burned out on it for multiple reasons. One of them being I had no idea where I wanted to go with the RP. Then some people left and I just stopped really posting in it. It can continue, but I'm not quite sure if I want it to. However, I made a new RP just now, and I've fully fleshed it out with where I want it to go, etc. You're more than welcome to join, if you'd like.

I was waiting for one more person to make their bio. However, I've decided we'll start next weekend at a push.
