Personally, I think they may be evenly matched. Vincent has Chaos which is 1337 and Cloud is all hopped up on Lifestream Steroids. If it came down to it, I think they would probably kill eachother at the same time.

I've only used the official one and it worked pretty well mixed in with walkthroughs and info from the internet. I only thought there was one actual strategy guide, I've never heard of the other ones before. But my best advice would be to use the Official and internet sources.
