Ah, this is good to know. I've always been a fan of VIII's GF catch-22 system. I haven't been able to use summons yet (outside of the tutorial/beginning mission), though.
I actually think I just discovered chocobo usage, so clearly not that far into the game. :lew:
Literally just remembered, but I believe players can control summons/Espers manually in IZJS. (I think this would be neat for, say, Zodiark and its Final Eclipse attack; no charge time, if I remember right.) It goes without saying that it'd just be convenient overall, to have that freedom to...
I may like a video every now and again, but that's rare. I'm typically just more of the lurking type (if I'm in a mood).
I think I may have commented on a video once years ago? I think it was a Kingdom Hearts video or something. :lew:
"Creatively blocked" at the moment, and frustrated by extension. >_<
In short, I'm writing a book, and I'm having issues with where to go next. I scrapped a version of it a few years ago and started anew recently, with a great concept, but now I've hit that dreaded "wall". -_-
I like the concept of it, especially when it first arrived on the scene some time ago.
With that, I'm indifferent about it. It has all types of users, serves many uses with its platform, and is quite popular, but it's been heavily bogged down since Google snatched it up ten years ago. Also...
Just once, but I at least completed as many sidequests as I could. Just didn't have the patience to complete the chocobo one, and eventually get to Ozma. And of course, never mind Excalibur II. :lew:
I would absolutely love to follow Braska's pilgrimage. Yeah, we know key points of their travels, but who's to say many other events didn't happen. Really, one could fill in those holes however they wanted to, as long as it fit into the overall story. I would love to hear about any secondary...
Ah, yes, I found the information. Just so I know that I'm not crazy. :lew: But I guess it's just Quickenings that have their own Mist Charge gauge.
From the FF Wikia:
Am I right saying summons and Quickenings will use Mist Charges instead of MP now, or is that just for Quickenings?
It especially makes sense for the latter, seeing as they're a whole different beast from magical abilities.
Apologies! >_< I will post more for this part at a later time this week. (A "chapter 1-1.5", I suppose. :lew:)
I wanted to give you all a taste of this character, though. She will definitely be fleshed out over the course of the story, and also quite pivotal to it.

Playable on Playstation 4, XBox One, and Microsoft Windows.
Protagonist's name is Marcus Holloway, and he's more "colorful" than the first game's protagonist.
He is part of the hacker group called DedSec, which made their debut in the...
Yeah, first person is fine. In fact, for the horror genre, I think it's more suitable, honestly. It adds to the intensity of the mood and environment, which RE has been known for since even the first game.
Ah, I see they've kind of pressed the reset button on the series. (Not that this is a reboot by any means; it all still ties together.) But now we have a different environment, new characters, and a new chapter to expand on. I have the demo, but haven't had the chance to play it yet. I'm curious...
Well, overtired. :lew:
Was up with the kid most of the night. She had a bit of trouble sleeping, and I only got maybe three hours myself. Haha.
Here's to hoping tonight will be a little different?
Nah, I'd rather they didn't further tweak anything. I'd simply love having absolutely everything IZJS had to offer.
On a side note, I'm curious to try out the fabled Weak Mode. Sounds like a welcome challenge.
X-Men: Apocalypse
While it was a visual spectacle, it's not the strongest entry of the series, but it's certainly not "The Last Stand" bad. :lew:
It was marketed as more of a disaster movie, and achieved it well enough. Stays faithful as being part of the "soft reboots", too.
