Definitely keen :D! I need a good reason. I started Rosetta out in Saevitia, so now it's rather difficult to move her elsewhere without something compelling.

Well, then I guess some things you oughta know about this Wild Card. Although he's powerful, he's rather wilful. He's got a sort of childish humour and does many things to his fancy (e.g. making the "Joker" tier, bringing Rosetta in). Whether out of pure curiosity, mild hedonistic tendencies...

Oooh. Yep, Saevitians would probably look to create something as advanced and more portable than a smartphone, but since they don't favour non-combat related technology, it makes sense that something like this will still be relatively backwards.
