Currently on the 5th novel of the Game of Thrones series called A Song of Ice and Fire. The 5th book is called A Dance With Dragons and basically covers what happens in the 5th season of the HBO series, but it does seem to stray a bit away from it.
I'm loving it so far and hoping the 6th novel...
Oh boy, I know this is a FF site, but the sports convo for us Americans is definitely slacking haha.
Another Super Bowl and season in the books and Peyton Manning is going out on top and saying goodbye to the game. I was never a huge fan of his, but I can't argue that he wasn't an all-time...
Saw this and thought it was pretty good. I've only seen it the one time in theaters, but I think it's probably my 2nd favorite Jurassic Park movie in the series. I like how they did a mix of old and new characters. The only part that kinda was a little cheesey for me was at the end when the...
I have seen this movie about 5 times already, but...
Fast and the Furious 7.
It was on the hotel tv I was staying at 2 nights ago and I have yet to turn it off whenever that shows on. Never thought I'd be a huge fan of the fast car type movies cuz that's really not my thing, but it is one of...
Prison Break.
I'm currently going through the series on Netflix and just got onto season 3. I know it came out years ago, but never got around to watching it and now I'm hooked. I heard it kinda dies down in excitement after they escape from the joint at the end of the 1st season, but so far...
Speaking of FFXIII-2, I have yet to finish that game on the Xbox 360. I got so close as to being on that huge floating maze of a map where certain floor markers switched your floor and you had to go up stairs and down ramps and jump floating bridges. I was stuck on there and no idea where to go...
Tough call, but I feel to get you hooked on teh franchise's games, you will want to play through one of the more recent games (FFVII-present) before diving into the older games.
Ideally I'd like to say start at FFI and progress forward, but those first couple games might be a bit painful until...
I've actually been holding my tongue a lot better these days. I really don't swear out of anger anymore, it's more casual like it's a normal part of a sentence, but even that, I rarely do anymore.
It probably has been my vice since I was a kid, and I only do it around certain friends now. So...
You're right on with that Shu, I mean you can spend your days sulking, lazy, dreading life and each passing birthday and such, or go out, stay young, be active and make the most of life and all it has to offer. Each day can be a brand new adventure with people and places, so yeah, I can range...
New day, so I might as well double post my mood!
Relieved.
I had to head from Pittsburgh to Atlanta which is about a 10 hour drive for this training I'm in. Well I got 6 hours into the trip and had to turn back for items I forgot. This is-turn made a 10 hour trip, a 22ish hour trip. I finally...
Summer!!! Beach, swimming, sun, warm weather, no heat bill in my house, girls in bikini's... ;)
HAHA I'm all about the late nights, and good times! Bring on that Summmmmmmertime!!
Recently a lot older than the 29 I am. When I'm out and active and around people at work who are older, I still feel like a late-teen, early 20's college age kid who can't be stopped and needs no rest. Then after a long day of work, traveling, or just sitting around being lazy, I feel like I'm...
2015 Jeep Renegade, orange. Bought it back in October to get me through some kinda crazy Northeastern USA winters, and it gets around 31 miles per gallon on gas. So far a winner... Well, all except my monthly car payments. :(
Relaxed:
Reclining in a hotel bed, computer open to the forum and Netflix, TV with basketball on, my phone here to text my homies back...home. :Busta:
Just a peaceful night with hopefully a lot of rest before a long day of work and traveling tomorrow!
In a hotel for the night on my military assignment so alternating between Netflix (Prison Break), and posting on here. Figured it's a nice trip away from home and some time to catch up on some lost forum time. :busta:
Had a small shoulder injury (small = 5 months recovery), and am now just feeling back in the game and ready to jump into the rigorous physical activities I was doing pre-injury. I bruised my rotator cuff diving for a fly ball in softball and all gym work has been thrown out the window and...
I used to hate it. I LOVED the smell of it, but the taste, even just a drop, was nasty. HOWEVER...
About 6 months ago I started working the midnight/3rd shift at my job. I have had it for all 6 months since and decided drinking energy drinks was going to be a pretty unhealthy lifestyle if I...
In person I prefer talking to someone, BUT when it comes to the phone, I think I've transitioned over to the texting preference. I know ti may seem anti-social or yada yada whatever, but in the case where you don't have a lot of time, there's a lot to talk about and a conversation that could...
