I can understand it for smaller shows, but for something like The Walking Dead it just doesn't make sense. People will watch it anyway, even if it's on catch-up rather than live. It probably has something to do with money.
Oh me too, it always feels like they're building and building and building to a grand event (which they usually do), then the first few episodes afterwards it's always a bit slow until suddenly something big happens in the very last episode.
It's all to do with American schedules. TV shows have...
I was a little let down by the finale. It was a good episode, but it felt more like a second last episode, like there was something else bigger to come after it.
I really want to watch that Fortitude, I've heard really good things about it. And Game of Thrones is back soon!
I've never been all that big on anime to be honest.
I'm pretty late to this, but do you really believe that North Korea were behind this? The Interview was in pre-production for a good couple of years before its proposed release, and North Korea learned of it a long time ago. Understandably they weren't best pleased with it, but an agreement was...
St. Vincent
A beautiful little gem of a film that sadly went quite under appreciated. It may be one of Bill Murray's best performances to date, and that's saying quite a lot really. It has a similar story to Gran Torino, but without the Clint Eastwood touch. A woman and her son move in next door...
I've never heard of it. What's it about?
I've been watching Marco Polo recently; it's not too bad but I find it a little hard to follow exactly who everyone is and what their plans are. I guess I'll get over that if I watch it a second time, like Game of Thrones.
I've heard good things about Ecstasy the book, I'll need to download it on my Kindle before I forget about it. I thought Filth really showed McAvoy's range as an actor well, because you see a big difference in his character.
I've always wanted to see Fish Tank, I've been told that's an amazing one.
I absolutely fucking loved Filth! It's one of those flawless films that definitely only appeals to a niche audience, but I'm happy to be in that niche.
I think the pretending to be a female would be where the film starts - when he's at the bottom of the barrel, then you get flashbacks to when he was a world champ and the almost killing incident and how that sends him off the rails. Then skip to now and he's picking his life back up again...
He was completely nuts. And bolts. The thread was probably deleted, that's the kind of thing that Mandi would have done with something like that. She would NOT have stood for it
