Are you ready to test your knowledge of Final Fantasy foes? Here I have assembled 24 riddles referring to enemies in throughout the series. Some refer to very specific enemies, while some can apply to a more generic class of enemies. How many can you guess?
Participant responses should include...
Mine won't be here until Tuesday, according to Amazon. But I'm fine with that. I have plenty of debt to pay off in Animal Crossing right now. Looking forward to playing though!
It's been a while for me too and my memory is a bit fuzzy about the elite marks. I don't think there was anything special to get them started, just talking to Montblanc after you reach a certain rank. I still have the strategy guide on my game shelf too so if you're still having trouble, I...
Have you done any of the elite marks? The trickster, the gil snapper, etc? Elite marks are only given my Montblanc at the Clan Centurio base. There are actually a total of 45 hunts (32 regular and 13 elite marks with Yiazmat being the last).
Actually, I DID read your post. The Antlion is an Elite Mark and it is very much available in the original version of FFXII. I have played through the entire original game. In order to get the Site 11 key, you have to save Niray's children by doing the Antlion hunt. They tell you that they...
The Site 11 key is the one next to the fallen Bhujerban and won't appear until you've completed the Antlion mark (which is the one you receive from Lady Niray). You should be able to obtain the Site 3 key from Niray. The antlion is in site 9. Once you've completed the antlion and the children...
IX is very charming, I agree. Though Mt. Gulug being a volcano, I'd probably stay away from and enjoy from a distance. I chose Mt. Bur-Omisace in XII because I liked the temple/pilgrimage aspect.
It looks like in the video, someone else had to help him lift it to smash it down so I can't imagine it being very useful in real life (the edge would be an issue too). Cloud really shouldn't be able to lift the weapon above his head the way he does much less spin it with one hand. :tearjoy:
From Wikipedia: "A remake tells the same story as the original but is often updated with a contemporary theme or for a more contemporary audience."
I think people are getting too hung up on the wording. It was clear that if SE was ever going to remake VII, it wasn't going to be exactly the...
It depends. Was it the size of a 1950's car (which would be approximately the size of a boat) or a now car? Either way, that's one big turtle. But also, they were hunted by forty foot crocodiles so.... I'm glad turtles and crocodiles have gotten considerably smaller in the last 13 million years.
It's possible that you accidentally turned on sticky keys, which makes shortcuts use one key instead of two. So if you're trying two-key shortcuts, it would probably act strangely. Try going to settings > keyboards and clicking "prevent sticky keys."
Putting aside the fact that Auron, Lulu and Yuna weren't exactly wearing clothes that were easy to swim in, I think the discussion moved towards how people breathe underwater. Apparently in Blitzball, pyreflies help keep people alive during the game (according to FF wiki) but not sure about...
