I guess Pyreflies are what allow blitzball players to breathe underwater too and not drown. I had always just assumed people could breathe underwater on Spira until I read that. :tearjoy: I do think there are some conflicting and confusing explanations regarding pyreflies and how they work.
Omg, Ringo, I love mushrooms! Come at me! :mokken:
Now melons--absolutely disgusting. Never met a melon that I liked. They're all gross, weird, flavorless, watery things masquerading as food. Ick. Also liver. I shouldn't even have to elaborate on that one.
I don't actually recall the person at Besaid who had been affected. I'd have to play through the beginning again. But over all, it does seem like it could just be used as an excuse to explain away strange behavior.
This is bizarre and just strikes me as lazy. It's very jarring to have two very different graphic-quality characters side by side in the same scene. Good lord, I just viewed that whole article and I just don't see the point. If you're going to do a shoddy job, why even bother?
While I didn't outright hate FFVIII, I didn't much like it either. There were things I liked about it. I actually didn't mind the junction system. While it may not have been perfect, it was something new and different while still retaining the spirit of the traditional FF battle system...
The dingdong therapy thing was a joke. I'm definitely not offended. And you are absolutely entitled to to your opinion that the remaster is terrible.
I was a bit confused at your choice of wording in the second and third paragraphs that I quoted. I see now that you were trying to say that...
Well, if you play a remaster, you should expect changes. They may not be to your liking but it's going to happen. Her face is softer and more child-like in the original but there's nothing inherently terrible about the remastered version.
If your dingdong is that sensitive, perhaps you...
It was mostly a joke but in all honesty, no one should be surprised when SE delays things is what I'm saying. Totally get the disappointment though. Hopefully it really is only delayed for a few weeks and this isn't the first in a series of delays.
