Sounds good. I personally love the covenant, mostly for the lightning spear miracle. I found it to be more powerful than most of my pyromancies through the beginning half of the game before I upgraded my flame.
From what I read, you need it on before you jump down into the abyss. Once you see my golden summon, use it because I'm cycling my summon stone every 30 seconds or so.
Oh, and before entering that particular mist door, make certain you have Covenant of Artorias ring equipped. Otherwise, you'll die instead of entering the abyss
I do have a Jagged Ghost blade I can give you. I already have the cursed Artorious blade made from Sif's soul, which can one shot kill a ghost with a two handed strike, so I've no need of the ghost blade. For the 4 kings, it's best to have strong armor, Havel's ring and if you have pyromancy...
I'll throw up my symbol right before the first bridge. I'll keep placing my gold summon there every minute until it gets into your realm. I know where the enemy ambushs are since I just went through there and cleared in my world up to the entrance to the void. Speaking of, if we get that far and...
Alright, I'm ready for it. I got my hands on the Cursed Greatsword of Artorias, meaning I don't need Transient Curse to kill these ghosts. I can pretty much one-shot the ghosts with one two-handed swing. However, I'd still need the transient curse to block their attacks. Whenever you're ready...
What he did was initially spam his wave blast attack, making trying to reach him impossible. Finally killed him on the third try with the help of another sunbro: he distracted while I pyro'd the knight. So now my character is back to his former glory, full Orstien gear, Dragonslayer Spear and...
Currently at Sen's Fortress. I think the update also gave the Iron Giant some mean AI and boosts. He's no longer the same easy boss battle he used to be >.<
I know ^.^ I also loved how they halved the requirements to join the Sunbros (yay for lightning spear spell!), and even more how fog ring no longer prevents lock-on, making the forest NPC battles easier (and how a certain suicidal idiot archer in Darkroot Forest has a tendency to suicide off the...
Well, an update, I did beat him, and yes, I had picked up the Drake Sword. Right now, I have better: a +10 Winged Spear and Qualeeg's Fury. At present, I'm trying to form a party for Slough and Ornstien that will actually go after Slough FIRST. So far every single summoning group I do goes after...
Yeah, I use a PS3 for Dark Souls and Demon Souls. Right now I'm building Fratley (Pyromancer start with Master Key item), currently assaulting Sen's Fortress and about to take on the Iron Knight boss. Then it'll be onto Londo where an amazing chest awaits after the O&S fight =P I already played...
Well I'm trying to find some players to help me do just that, because I want Ornstien's soul (and armor) so I can craft his spear. They all seem to want to take out Ornstien first and leave me with super-Smough.
Holy crap! There's a Burmecian in Dark Souls! (Which was my first thought when I came across the duo bosses). I'm definitely going to have Robert in this armor.
Robert Crescent
"Thank you. I will see you in the morning at the castle then milady." he replied to her as she brought him to the room. It was nice and cozy, the style of the room different from a traditional Burmecia room. Once his hostess had left the room, Robert set his lance to rest...
