HI I have been playing this game (FFXIII-2) for about a week now and I have collected over 80 fragments but every time I go and speak with Mystic - nothing happens. How can I get new skills, am I missing something or what???

Hi I want to know if there is any difference with the game itself between (FF Dissidia – Limited Collectors Edition version) and (FF Dissidia – Normal version) I’m not talking about the extra that comes with the Collectors Edition, just the game. Thanks
