I don't think Cloud was in the right mind set to be in love with anyone in the game. Cloud is a little crazy so I thought Cloud saw himself as Zack for some time so maybe Zack told Colud about Aerith and he just thought he had feelings for her... or he was trying to make Zack's feelings live on...

I think that he would have wanted to waited until all the drama was over. I thought he said to Squall on the ragnarok somthing on the line of "When this is all over there are a lot of things we need to talk about." Which makes me think that he was going to tell him.

I think that is a really good idea. The turth is everyone hopes that is ends happy and it has which I am happy for. But if there was a spin off I think it was have to be tragic. The endings you want are great but the sad and upsetting endings are so much more powerful and have a big Impacted
