I have to agree with you. At first I was going to say Sony because of the later Final Fantasy games... But now that you mentioned the classics, it's Nintendo all the way. Duck Tales for the nes had great music. =P

I'm surprised that no one has picked the Wii's controller. I like the nes controller the most.

Currently, my favorite Final Fantasy game is VI. I'm pretty sure that Versus XIII will be the best from what I've seen.

Snake is a pretty strong character. Sonic is not as strong as I had hoped he would be (either that or I just suck at using him). I'd have to say Link is still my favorite character.

I'm playing in right now. I bought it for my SNES a couple months ago and just now got around to actually starting a file on it. It's really good. =D

I heard that the two games take place on different planets. They're in the same universe with the same events going on, but it's from the point of view of different people on a different planet.

This could be kind of a mixed blessing. I hope they pull this off and make each game worth playing. It would really suck to have like two good games and the rest really weak in terms of story and game play.

I bought Dr. Mario for the nes. It's a fun little game. I'm sure everyone knows it well.
