Cripes. I just saw a reenactment of a guy having glass shot through his brain after microwaving a lava lamp, a girl having her scalp burned off by her boyfriend for not "putting out enough", an acupuncture patient being stabbed to death from needles piercing through her heart, and a construction worker being pancaked in a porta-potty by a steamroller. This was just in half an hour. And the host always makes it out like it's the victim's fault in every case!

Is this not the most tasteless and disturbing (but secretly amusing) show in existence? XD

I'm a bit sadistic, but despite the disturbing parts, it is.....secretly amusing....and also for some odd reason, it is the victim's fault in a majority of the cases though not all of them. Depends on your judgement of the case.

When I first saw this show, I thought, great! This sounds really interesting. I'd love to see what they come up with. Ugh, I was wrong.

I hate how in almost every scenario, they try to incorporate sex any way they can. Like, a man with a bee sting allergy. They couldn't just leave it at that, they had to have him originally provoking the bees' nest because his hot girlfriend told him that if he didn't, she wouldn't put out.

It is amusing at times, but once I hear how they incorporated something sexual into it, it really makes me want to change the channel.

I just saw a foreclosure rep have his brains blown out by a pen knife. Next up on the Spike- "The Formula for the Perfect Ass".

Quality entertainment you got right here. XD

I've seen this, and honestly I find it a bit amusing. Some people bring it on themselves, though.

Not this scenario, though. I remember the one about a guy who couldn't stop laughing. That's a sucky way to die. He sorta brought it on himself since he loved jokes, but still. I wouldn't want to die like that, and I love jokes.

Man, this show is brutal. I watched it once and had to turn it off. This is really not a good show in my opinion and rather pointless. 1000 ways to die... eck!

I'm not usually into any types of these shows but i do find this one interesting. Its funny to see things that can happen to you in everyday life. I think my favourite episode was when the girl goes deep sea diving and when she comes up she has to stay in the compression chamber... then some janitor guy comes in and she
blows up
.. i found that one pretty funny but other ones are just sick and scary to think of that happening. Good show though. I quite enjoy it.

I wouldn't mind dieing that way if i were an old man and going to die anyways or knew i was gonna die.. i mean at least he died happy.

I've seen that episode, in fact I seen every episode. Wondering when 1000 Ways to Lie will air.

I remember that one. Good stuff :ryan:

Also, to be odd one out here, not only do I enjoy this show, it has to be one of the few shows I will watch. Much better than reality bullshit :mokken: Who cares what Run is up to now? This show has been on my "Favorite TV Show" thing under my profile since I started here, because I do enjoy it.

I havn't seen all of the episodes, but generally the people who die DO bring it on themselves. Examples being stealing a hotdog and running away with it in your mouth? Running from the cops and hiding in a dumpster? Robbing a bank, hiding in the woods, and drinking gasoline? :hmmm: As for everyone being passively blamed, though...I can't say much. The only one I can call to mind where it wasn't their fault is the one Kit mentioned, and if memory serves, he didn't act that way with her.

I saw a show similar to this several years ago.

My favourite was guy getting his head whacked off by helicopter blades.

Then there was guy who pissed off a dog and bled to death after having his "unmentionables" chopped off.

I just don't understand why they make all these overly-complex ways of dying in movies like Saw when there's so many prime examples in real life.

Also, GBJoker does not understand why you guys are afraid of dying from laughter. Why so serious?

Oh man. This is the first time I've heard of this, and it does sound pretty amusing. Sucks I don't have TV though. :thehell:
