Not particularly curvaceous, but still has a womanly shape to her with long, lean legs in comparison to her torso. Long strawberry blonde hair falls in wavy layers to her elbows with side swept bangs perfectly framing her heart shaped face. Her complexion is rather pale but fits well with her cool colouring. Her almond shaped eyes are a deep blue, almost gray at times, with long dark lashes and freckles lightly dusting a slender nose.

Attire – Turk uniform; a black dress skirt that comes just above her knees is fastened around her waist by a black leather belt with an attached holster holding a pistol. Although seemingly inappropriate, Anne wears a pair of black 3 inch heels. This of course would hinder the average persons ability to run at high speeds, let alone carry out fatal blows, but being as enhanced as she is, Anne is known as being able to wear 5 inch stilettos’ and kill a man empty handed. A white blouse is done up properly almost to the collar, unfortunately leaving much to the imagination, with a snug black blazer over top.

While not in uniform Anne dresses quite simply wearing a plain black t-shirt paired with form fitting dark washed jeans. She doesn’t make a fuss over jewellery, and only wears pair of silver studs in her ears and a simple golden band around her right ring finger.

Armour – A magic defence enhancing materia and a double cut materia both worn on a black wristband on her left wrist. On her head she wears a black knotted headband with magic defence boosting capabilities as well as a thin vest underneath her blouse which protects against gunfire.

Personality – Seemingly cold and distant at first but gradually warms up to people with time. Anne likes to joke around in the right circumstances but also tries to mask her friendly personality because of her Turk status. She is both polite and respectful towards other people but often holds silent grudges, particularly with those she works with. Anne tends to function mostly on impulse and adrenaline, and hates wasting time.

First Impression – First impressions of Anne are generally that she is cold and distant and some would even go as far to describe her as mute. Her eyes suggest authority, perhaps through past events. It is clear that she has been through a lot, but not many know of her history. Anne doesn't like to talk to those she isn't familiar with, and she always seems to be in a rush. Though with time first impressions are proven wrong and Anne is actually seen to be capable of making jokes and witty remarks.

Strength – Due to her thin stature Anne’s strength often hinders her ability to fight strong enemies with high defence. Martial arts training has given her the ability to focus her strength and increase attack power but mainly Anne relies on her speed and agility to continuously attack her enemy with rapid gunfire mixed with simultaneous combat as well as sword fighting.

Speed – Anne is inhumanly fast and agile thanks to ShinRa’s mako infusion. This enhancement has given her quite the advantage in combat making her extremely useful as an assassin. She is able to move very quickly and accurately to deliver numerous attacks while dodging counter blows. Paired with her Turk training, this enables her to travel with little detection.

Endurance – Able to move at fast speeds for long distances, as well as hit numerous times consecutively - so long as her enemy has low to average defence. Though her endurance for speed and travel are high, her magic endurance is stifling. Due to her weakness against magic, Anne is often targeted with elementals and draining magic’s which leave her weak and with no energy to produce curing spells. Any magic that is produced via materia crystals drain her MP entirely and leave her incredibly vulnerable despite her high speed and evasion advantages.

Reflexes – Turk training as well as mako infusion has made Anne built for combat. She is able to react quickly and her reflexes in battle are astounding. Most times the enemy does not even have time to react to the initial shock of having been ambushed before she has made her attack.

Fighting Style – Numerous attacks simultaneously with plenty of dodging and jumping. She tends to focus on the torso region and is also known for shooting at the persons feet. Her inability to produce most magic spells leaves her weak against elemental fighting and she relies on various high level materia to produce cure-like spells for restoration.

Weapons – Anne's prominent weapon of choice is any sort of gun, the bigger the better, or a two handed sword equip with the 'slow' casting effect. She also enjoys rocket launchers and anything she can easily hide on various straps she has on her thighs, hips and breast pockets. She is also known to carry small daggers and various items containing status effects, due to her lack of magic.

Abilities – Auto-haste, as well as the ability to control aspects of time such as slow and stop.

Magic – None, an injury in training has left her with the inability to conjure most magic. She relies on powerful restoration materia in battles giving her the abilities of cure and revive.

History – Anne grew up alongside Cloud Strife and Tifa Lockheart in Nibelheim and was left an orphan following the reactor incident. She left at the age of 18 to infiltrate ShinRa in hopes of avenging her family, but with little academic background to offer as a scientist or researcher, Anne was forced to enter as a militant. Anne attempted to become a member of SOLDIER in hopes of becoming part of ShinRa’s most powerful military force, however following a freak accident which left her entire unit killed during the SOLDIER training test, Anne remained in a coma for 2 months, where she became a test subject for time and speed mako infusion. The coma, along with the mako infusion, left Anne incapable of producing magic as well as leaving her quite vulnerable to elemental attacks.

Following the procedure Anne became a recognized success within the facility and was accepted into the Department of Administrative Research (TURKS) where she serves her duty diligently, but with remorse as she remains torn between avenging her family and repaying those who saved her life.
