Best Server for Groups/Leveling?

Just started playing again (picked Leviathan this time) and don't see many people on.

What would be the best server for grouping and leveling?

I don't have any friends on FFXI and don't know anyone yet.

tbh with you mate, its kind of dead now at low levels... every1 is like lvl 75 or have quit.
