The names Rey Loys. I run a little shop downtown Varnasia, selling magic scrolls. Of course that's all for show. The scrolls are useless.

The truth is I'm a criminal. A thief to be exact, a rob banks for a living ... sometimes vaults. People hire me, the rich folk. They tell me about a painting another ones got locked in a vault, they say I can keep whatever else is in there usually.

See I got meself into a little trouble the other day, this guy sends me a letter. He's one of those rich folk see. He says he got me little sister safe right?

Now the guy wants me to a job for him. Otherwise bye bye sister.
You see I maybe a crook but I got me own set of morals. Families should be untouchable right?

Any ways, I'm in a bit of a jiffy. See here the rich guy wants me to rob this bank that he himself owns. Weird eh? Long story short the truth is that he's a pawn, his uncle owns the bank, he wants out of this trap, see? So he comes up with this plan to steal all the riches inside, then run off into the land. Probably hire some mercanaries to keep himself safe.

The security for the banks top notch. Guards at all times. Plus what other demons they got.

The problem for me is that I just one guy. I need like a whole crew to take that place down.

Appearence
Hair - Dark brown in colour, Reys hair is of mid length but he has several groups of hair at the front that are longer than the rest. The style of his is messy, never combed it in his life. Rey weres a wide cowboyish hat, the strands of hair at the front he usually pushes underneath.
Eyes- eye colour a deep blue.

Height - around 165 cms - 5ft 5in
Weight - 60 kg

Complexion - After living out in a desert for many years his skin is very tanned. He has scars alon both his arms, chest and down the right side of his face. His skin otherwise appears clean. He is inbetween being all "squishy" and have hard muscles

Build - His muscles aren't all that built but he isn't that weak either. He could still be considered scrawny by some.

Noteworthy features - The scar on his right side of his face, is curved. Actually created from a whip. Rey also carries with him a chain around his neck, a relic of his past, the chain is no all that large, each link barely a cm wide. On one of the links the letters, TT, are engraved.

Attire - As stated above - Rey wears a brown cowboy hat, it is plain and has no real special feature other than sentimental value. It also has many holes in it, appeared to be made from arrows.
Rey wears a coat (never buttoned up) that covers from his shoulders right down to the top of his feet, basically the same colour as his hat. At first glance it may seem like a regular coat but hidden away along his back, the coat is padded with thin metal. The coat is very thick, and is very heavy. The sleeves cover right to his forearms. There are pockets for him to put his hands in along with other pockets for items.
Underneath his coat, he wears a plain white shirt and black coloured pants, the pants are kept up by a belt, also black in colour.
He wears common working boots, but also has thin grey shoes (with out laces) he built for sneaking around.

Personality - After being left to die in the desert, he has acted cautious around every person. All except his sister, who he shows his entire self to. Rey is really a humourous, and happy man, but raely shows this side of himself. Friend, informant or any one other than his sis, he acts cold and sometimes distant as if he was another person. In good situations he's likely to remain calm. In bad, he is easy to anger.

First Impression of people - Rey would talk to others if he was approached, however he would remain in his cold hateful view. He can generally be easy to talk to, but it would probably be very unconfortable. - this be in both good and bad situations - although it woiuld be harder to talk to him in a bid situation.

Weapons - Rey carries no weapons, they would slow him down. He prefers to fight with fists and feet.
Amor - also none, for the same reason.

Magic - Rey has the flame of Razier
A power source of the rire elemental magic. Although it has uses he generally hates the power. Sure he can make flames walk across his fingers with no trouble, he doesn't have many spells though. His magic needs a couple of seconds to charge, depending on the spell his energy will quickly deplete due to his lack of building up his strength and resistance with the magic. Can control fire to a point.

Spell 1 - inferno fists - takes 3 seconds to build, fire bursts around his hands. Last for one minute. He can use this spell farely regularily as it doesn't sap much strength.
Spell 2 - Spindrels of Fort Nasieer - His hands become vines of fire. Can use around three times if he is fully rested. Takes 10 seconds to build. Near instant use.
Spell 3 - Burning Arial - fire roars out of the end of his fingers, It can create a web affect or target enemies singley. Can only use spell once. Takes 20 seconds to build. Can last for at least a minute.
Spell 4 - Razier - His most powerful spell. His whole body becomes fire, his power is emese, Essentially a god of fire. But the spell is flawed, he will basically die after 5 minutes of using the spell. There is no way to stop the spell. Takes a small time to charge. Basically a kamikaze spell when all else fails I guess, leaves him with close to no energy and essentially dead.

Abilities and skills - Can pick locks, write in some codes, has some ability of stealth - other general theif abilties. Can (eventually) crack a vault open. Can ride horses.

Quick history -
Rey and his sister grew up in a small desert town. At age eleven he learnt how to ride a horse, although never really mastered it. He jioned a local goup of cowboys and vigilantes soon after.
Many years later, the group was out in the desert, Rey questioned the leader of the group. My Arvade swung his whipped and it lashed across his face. The group took his hosre and left him to die. The scar on him cheek changed him, fire burst out of his hands, his lit a small fire and waited for nightfall.
His sister found him later, she said she follow the smoke. The both decided to leave the desert in search of new jobs. The came to a halt in a small city, Varnasia. Rey opened up a small magic scroll shop, while secretly learning theifs skills on the side (his sis doesn't know).
So now he robs banks and vaults, and is a hireable thief.
But of course, things screwed up for him again. Now some rich lord's taken his sister, he can only get her back if he pulls off the biggest bank robbing in history.

Appearance: Short Brown hair that is normally styled but he also sometimes wears a cap twisted slightly so it is facing slightly to the right.
Eyes: his eyes are purple in colour because of an accident he was in as a child.
Height: 5ft 10in
Weight: 13 stone exactly
Complexion: he has tanned skin, and only one scar from a child hood injury which is on his right wrist
Build: muscular, stays physically active so he can accept any jobs he is offered.
Noteworthy features: there aren't many thins that distinguish this man from others of his age, but the main ones are two silver rings on his right ring finger. a silver watch on his left wrist, a Black sweat band on his right wrist and his trusty childhood pet Boko (chocobo) who goes everywhere with him.

- when he isn't 'on a job' Evan wears a pair of denim jeans, a white leather belt with a large eagle buckle, white trainers, and either a skin tight short sleeved Grey T-shirt or a white fairly tight short sleeved T-shirt and no matter what T-shirt he is wearing you can see some of the definition in his body but more of it in the grey T-shirt, he also has a black over the shoulder bag

'on the job'- when he is hired he wears a black pair of trainers, black tracksuit bottoms and a skintight black T-shirt, to hide his face he wears a black balaclava which has an alchemist symbo over the nose and mouth area, it is because of this that he is recognized when he is on the job. and he also takes his bag with him.

Boko: boko is a fully grown chocobo who stand at 8foot tall he is well fed (but not fat) he doesn't fight unless backed into a corner at which point he will peck or kick he has no armor as he doesn't require any and he has packs connected to his saddle to hold some materials for Evan's Alchemy.he is a kind natured bird who is gold in colour. his main purpose is a mode of transport but he is also used for storing ingredients.

Personality: he is a person who cares about the well being of others even when he is on the job, he cares weather people live or die even if he doesn't know them and he is willing to do anything to keep out of prison

First impression: when people see him they think that he is a regular 18 year old who goes to the gym and works out no one realizes that he is a killer for hire.

Weapons: Evan carries only 2 weapons with him, one is a dual bladed samurai katana and the other is a custom made nunchuk set that has 3 bars instead of the regular two, the latter is also a lightning blue colour.

Magic: Evan cannot really use magic but he does wear a white glove that has a strange emblem on the back, this glove is made of a special fabric that when rubber together in a certain way causes a spark he uses this glove to ignite any bombs that he has created using his Alchemy and also he can manipulate the air density to cause devastating explosions using the hydrogen in the air. due to Alchemies laws of equivalent exchange he needs the materials to create what he needs. he can also manipulate elements if he has to

Abilities: master swordsman and Alchemist, is a good rider of horses and chocobo's., also a master with his nunchuks

History: his father was an experienced Alchemist who tough him all that he knows, his mother was a florist, he had a sister who was only 8 years old. but all of them were killed and he was taken by the mercenaries who did it he lived with the mercenaries for 6 years (10-16) and then took his revenge he has been traveling the world doing jobs ever since. when he was only 3 years old he spent his days watching his mother in her flower shop but on one unfortunate day a fire broke out and some of them chemicals spill on him including his eyes making their colour shift to purple.

Anyway - could you give me us some info on Boko, size .... purpose etc, fightingness.

An alchemist, tis a very different character to both mine and foxes. Does he carry around the materials?

Plus a bullet proof vest is not necessary as there is no firearms is this RP.

Could you state the accident that caused his eyes to turn purple, add something to the history plz.

Mercanary job status is well enough for this RP. Actually it's great.

Along with having a katana, Is there a purpose for having the nunchuks? Does he have much ability with them.

Fix some stuff up and add a little more detail and I'll approve you. Fox should help you with that .

Personality: He is generally a laid-back fellow, although he can be dead serious when the situation warrants it. Despite his care-free attitude, his speech is always polite, though it is sometimes sarcastic, he can also seem serious, but his tone doesn't usually seem so. He is also very aware of his surroundings and is always ready to fight. He views any fight in which he loses and not dies as a waste and will often fight his opponent simply for the sake of it once started, often taking life-risking chances to prolong a fight.

Weapons: Dual Katanas, Kozuka knives (Four sets (of four))

Armour: None

Magic: Hiro is in posession of an amulet that belonged to his mother that is actually a legendary amulet known as the Amulet of Samarkand. This amulet grants him a variety of energy-related attacks, ranging from a short-range burst of pure energy which can knock someone unconscious to a full-energy blast which can decimate walls. These energy blasts use up Hiro's own energy and drain him of energy each time, the more energy used, the more drained and therefore, more of Hiro's life is drained. If enough power is put into an attack, he could die, but such an attack would be truly incredible. Obviously the amount of Energy he has left determines which powers can be used to, as if he has nearly none left and is close to passing out, any attack which drains his energy further would make him actually pass out or even die. Although each attack does drain different amounts of energy, the amount takes a toll on Hiro's body. Using Energy Burst once though, would be akin to having thrown a hard punch. Energy Burst would be the smae as five hard punches. Fusilade would be the same, energy-wise as having run ten kilometres straight whereas Strike and Slice are the same as simply adding an extra few pounds to a hit. Energy Shot however, is akin to having participated in a three round boxing match (for example). The different attacks and their descriptions are as follows:

Energy Charge: This power allows Hiro to store his own energy, increasing his overall physical abilities and making him stronger, faster and more perceptive. It also grants him an increase in overall stamina, and therefore energy powers. The drawback however, is its limitation to only able to be used once per week, as the powers are drawn from the Amulet itself which must recharge over time.
Energy Burst: The most basic of Hiro's energy attacks and the one that uses the least energy. Hiro can fire a burst of pure energy from any orofice on his body and fire it at anything. This passes through gases and disturbs liquids but can destroy most weaker solid objects (i.e. Doors) to rubble. On living organisms, it cannot kill, but it can render them unconscious.
Energy Blast: A more powered version of Energy Burst, in which a much larger amount of energy is fired from an orofice (nearly five times more). As such, the amount Hiro is fatigued is nearly five times greater than Energy Blast, limiting the usage of this attack. However, the power is alterable, up to one hundred times higher and has the potential to decimate buildings. However, the greater the power, the more fatigue is drawn from Hiro's body.
Energy Fusilade: The most initially draining of Hiro's attacks as it fires numerous bursts of energy from Hiro's hands, strike after strike, draining Hiro quicker, but much more powerful than Blast or Burst. He can also alter the energy in this attack, using different mind-techniques, such as making it firey, icy or even electrical energy blasts.
Energy Strike: By absorbing his own energy into his fists, Hiro can release it on contact of a solid object/organism, blasting them with the released Energy as well as the momentum of the attack. Can be fused into kicks as well as (rarely enough) headbutts.
Energy Shot: A long-range, sniper-like Energy blast, very draining and powerful, which has a range of over five hundred metres. The blast itself is very fine, like a bullet or arrow and can pierce numerous targets if enough energy is used.
Energy Slice: Like Energy Strike, this power focuses Hiro's energy into his weapons, swords or knives and releases it on contact. When energy is poured into Hiro's weapons, his weapons begin to glow, the brighter the more energy is used but, if too much is put in, the weapon will explode on contact, rather than release the energy. He can however, pour only tiny amounts into this, and is so proficient at it, that he naturally does this now, pouring a tiny little bit of energy into any serious attack.
Energy Release: A "final burst" attack of Hiro's, in which he charges, then releases nearly all his energy, draining him to the brink of unconscioussness. This move damages Hiro extensively as well as its victim and can decimate nearly anything in its path. It is akin to a large explosion. Hiro has only ever used this once and vowed to only do it again if he was about to die.


Abilities and skills: Phase-Shifting, Mastery of his weapons.

Phase-shifting: Unlocked when Hiro was in a fit of rage (see below), he has no idea whatsoever of how he does it, but assumes it comes from the spirit of his father watching over him. This gift gives him the ability to pass through any solid substance, using no extra effort than if he has walked through empty air. This is a passive ability, which he does have to keep a mind on, just so he doesn't fall through a solid wall or something. Hiro can only Phase-shift while conscious and it applies to whatever Hiro wants it to apply to with some limitations. Firstly, he must be touching the thing, secondly, it must have a mass less than one tenth that of Hiro's. Thirdly, phase-shifting tires Hiro to the same degree as having used Energy Blast three times, and every thing he moves with him counts as an extra Energy Burst (clothes included). He has also discovered that he cannot shift through everything, Gold and Silver are the only ones he has currently been unable to move through, although several other metals are difficult to move through.

Weapon Mastery: Having trained with swords and knives for nearly fifteen years, Hiro is understandably able to use them very proficiently. This is helped by the fact that he feels a strange kinship to his dual katana's and he feels that they somehow come alive in his hands. He believes also that the knives he carry are infused with the spirit of his dead mentor and he believes that he guides them to their targets.

Style: Hiro uses a combination of attack and defense styles, with a stark contrast between them. When in defense style, Hiro will barely move from his position, instead blocking and dodging most attacks and only attacking in return as a counter move. However once in attack style he will be continuously on the move, using a variety of short-range strikes, phase-shifting and long, sweeping attacks to confuse his opponent, also using his surroundings to their very utmost. He is able to swap between styles seemlessly and is a master of his weapons.
He uses his magical abilities (via the amulet) rarely as he is yet to master them and using them gives him a headache.

Quick history: Born and raised to a family of assassins he grew up being completely ignorant of his father's trade and was sheltered constantly by his mother. However, his father was a well-off assassin, one of the best in the country and they were wealthy, but Hiro never questioned where the money came from.

He was picked on often by the other children in his neighbourhood for his eyes and at age 11, one of the mother's was so fanatical about his eyes that she saw him as demon-spawn and called down a visting bishop on Hiro in the street. The bishop was equally as fanatical and, after Hiro refused his "invitation" to return to the church for "lessons" the bishop became frantic. He attempted to kidnap Hiro but his hired bully-boys were killed when Hiro's father and some of his friends stepped in to help.

From then on, Hiro was pursued, as his father was caught in an assassination attempt on the bishop (who was actually a target, not a revenge-killing as was thought) and was hung by the neck until dead. His associates were all killed in a large crack-down on crime and Hiro and his now-ailing mother were set upon the street to live out their days as paupers.

The bishop found them and, seeing as Hiro's mother was dying, offered to take care of her as long as Hiro joined him for a "lesson".
Reluctantly, Hiro agreed and he was taken to the church where he was brutally tortured to find out the means of his devil powers.
It was during this long session that one of the bishop's followers came in with a bloodied sword and said, quite audibly as Hiro was in one of the lulls between tortures, that Hiro's "bitch of a mother" was dead.

Hiro went crazy at that point and he felt his body alter because of it. He fell through the torture chair which he was chained too and ran to the wall where a collection of weapons were hanging. Hiro, still enraged, pulled down a pair of long, curved blades (later he found out they were katanas) and went berserk, killing the bishop and his cronies brutally, slicing them into literally hundreds of pieces and laughing the whole time.
After his blood-rage had ended, he gathered his clothes (keeping the swords) and went to his mother's body, retrieving a collection of letters that his father had sent her when they were courting and her precious amulet. After that, he went to the home of one of his father's few remaining friends and asked to be taught the trade.

For twelve years he worked his way around the city as an assassin, killing for amounts of money that any other assassin of his skills would deem paltry and unworthy, but Hiro was slowly building up his savings.
Leaving the city after another major crime bust, resulting in the death of his father's friend and his mentor, Hiro became a wandering assassin, criss-crossing the countries with his trusty blades, his mentor's collection of knives (which he took upon his death) and a small bag of money.
Since then, he has a small empire of informants and can find his way in or out of any place, by means of his special "gift" as he deems it.
