Characters For Dissidia Final Fantasy II?

MOD EDIT: Maria, I edited your thread title because the one that you had was a bit confusing...because it said Dissidia characters for Final Fantasy 2. I know what you meant by it...but it can be confusing to look at because one might wonder if it belongs in the Final Fantasy II section. This title is more specific.

OMG another FF2 fan ! I love you ! Even though I hate him, Leon would be good for a Cosmos traitor. He could pretend to be Firion's friend, and he'll be secretly working for Paramecia, and planning Cosmos's demise.

Minwu could be good for a white sage type, maybe he could be another of Cosmos's guardians. Richard would be awesome as well, and Guy would be good for some laughs, maybe he could mistake Moogles for beavers lol.

Anyway... I would either choose Maria or Leon. (Guy's dialogue's weird)

I would love Maria as a new character too. She's very underrated. Maria is the first strong/ tough Final Fantasy female in the series. She deserves more love, and a modern game like Dissidia would shoot up her popularity, like it did for Terra Brandford.

Do you have the PlayStation version ? Because if you do, you can cheat by hitting the characters, and cancel magic moves over and over again and it would still count.

It would have to be Leon or Xande. More likely Xande though. The main cast are all way too similar (in the sense that they are all fully customizable) to one another to warrant Guy or Maria being added. Probably similar to how Lenna, Faris, Galuf, or Krile didn't make it in from FFV (I don't think that was the reason why they didn't get in, but it may have been a contributing factor).
