Chocobo help

the g chocobo isnt workin when i buy stables catch chocobo send it to stables it isnt there i tell billy i want to move them but when i press x on one of them it doesent do nothing? any help?

Okay, so you purchased a stable. Check.
You went out and caught a chocobo. Check.

After you get off of the chocobo, did you select "send him back to the stables"?

I have had problems with that before, but shortly after, I realized that I had either forgotten to save the game after I purchased the stables and turned it off...

Or...my stables were already full...

But the chocobo doesnt actually go to the stables, he goes to the fenced area outSIDE the stables. XD
