Final Fantasy Fables Chocobo Tales

I seen this yesturday in my local computergame shop and was wondering if its worth it and whats it really all about!

Is it an RPG or is it just lots of mini games? Very tempted to get it as I love chocbos ^^
 
It is a fantastic little game. Has loads of mini games which get quite addictive to beat your previous score. I actually completed this game within 24 playing hours but it was extremely addictive and nearly caused my husband to divorce me. Now he is sick of me playing FF3 full time and there are more coming out as well.
 
it looks like a really fun game to take on a long ride accross the state.

idk if its something i could just sit down and play
 
Im very tempted to purchase it now as Ive seen it for £20 brand spanking new.

Ive seen some trailers with Pokemon battles and it looks interesting. 40 mini games I believe it is. Not bad for 20 squid!
 
It's a very cute game and the mini games can be quite fun but if you plan on doing everything, then expect to get stressed as some of the mini games can be very hard to finish on the highest difficulty setting.

Yus yus! They CAN be horribly difficult to defeat every level of difficulty.... and some are just plain impossible!

The game can be beaten in about a day, if you don't stop to beat every single thing. But it's wonderfully addicting Leki says! And all the Mini-Games are fantastic! Leki really really really likies the Leviathan ones the best.
 
Got it free with my DS, had abit of a dabble of it & just wondering if it's actually worth getting into? Seems kinda cute from first impressions just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on it?

Quite... I actually beat the game, but that particular mini-game took me a long time to.... I love the mini-games with Leviathan. I'm trying to bea tall levels of one Storybook, with a story along the lines of Three Little Pigs... but the others are just to fast. Y_Y
 
whats it actually like? do u just go from one mingame to the other like project rub (feel the magic i think was called in the us) or is there a bit of exploration to it?
 
You basically have to explore the town and its surrounding places to find magic books with mini games. And there are like games and battle games, battle games usually make the story go along. :3

And not to mention, the minigames have different difficulty levels, and you got beat all the levels for more stuff.
 
Yeah, exactly! Only dssappointing thing about it is that it's so short.... Leki played non-stop, beat it in about 2 days, maybe a day.. can't remember exactly.

oops >_< I swear I look, I just can't see the wood fo all the trees :monster:

I still haven't played it yet, it's at the bottom of my 'to do' pile. Id say its a case of to much to do, to little time to do it in, but it's not I'm just too bone idle >_<

Dont worry botu it. Just please try to check lol. As for me, I havent played it since last year. I just havent had the time. Was tempted to trade it in, but my lovely gran got it for me!
 
Yeah, this would be one of the games I wouldn't want to trade... it's just fun to get out and play after awhile of not playing, it's just so cute.

I just wish for Wi-Fi, and someone to play against. :P
 
Complete and total- jeez, I hate it when people do that. Though I do hate it when you rack up a big LOOOSER thingie on your card/status, stuff....
 
this game rules one of the best minigame games on DS that i have played other then Mario Party DS for me if u havent played i would say u should i have cloked it so many times but im too addicted lol yea some ppl on Wi-Fi are real idiots they r almost about to lose in Mario Kart but they r just behind me then they switch off but they still had a chance
