How many people are going to college / university this year and having trouble debating what courses to take? I know for a fact that I can do any course I want, I just don't know which course to take as a number 4...

I know I'm taking History, English Literature and Psychology, but I'm debating between Theatre Studies and Law. See, I love Drama, but no one else I know is definately taking it, and I don't want to go into a class not knowing anyone, it would just be weird, but I also think Law would be fascinating, and I know lots of people are taking law...

Or I might just leave it as 3 courses, so then I'd have slightly more free time. I think I'll just wait and see.

When I chose my classes when I first entered university, I just chose the ones that corresponded with the requirements for my major.

Ditto.

There were a few required electives that didn't relate with my major, but...you know...they were required. Didn't have a problem deciding on those. haha

Joint Honours is always good. I do a Chemistry degree, and I wish was doing half Chemistry then half Maths or something. From doing 3 or 4 subjects at A-Level down to just one is a little harsh. Doing one thing can be a tad dull.

My advice is to talk to as many people as possible, and never believe what one single person says. Over the next 2 or 3 years, a lot of people will tell you a lot of things when it comes to education. It may sound obvious, but sometimes you look back and think "wow, some people didn't half talk crap about Uni".

I ended up taking History, English Literature, English Language and Law. I know I've made the right choice, all the subjects are so much fun! And I've heard nothing but bad news about Psychology. Most of the people that have taken it are dropping it in second year xD

I am, but mostly 'cause it's 'cause of scheduling and having to complete General Ed requirements. Architecture classes aren't really a debate, they're really fun. I can't take History 'cause I already have the required units for it. I've debated whether I should go straight to Calc. instead of going to Pre-Calc just 'cause I kicked ass in Trig. English, don't even want to talk abou it.
And that's it.
