Dissidia character you want to beat down the most.

So we all have a favorite character we plan on using most often in this game, but the question here is which character do you want to see your favorite smack around? I, for one, want to see Golbez lay Kuja out, and show him the true power of black magic.

How about the rest of the FFF community, who do you want to see obliterated, and who do you wan to see doing this?
 
Sephiroth, with Shantotto. or Onion Knight :P

What I'm looking forward to is beating down my friends with characters they always make fun of. I imagine a couple picking out big badass looking characters like Golbez or Ex-Death. I can't wait to totally pwn them with someone like Kuja, Shantotto or even Kefka, muahahaha :monster:

Anyone can fight anyone in Dissidia. You have to unlock the villains by playing as the heroes first, but once you unlock them you can use them to fight whoever you wish.
 
Squall. If I could play as Bartz and beat the ever loving fuck out of Squall I would wet my grannie panties (looneymoon). Seriously, he's the one main character I absolutely hate. It's not that he's a bad main character, I just see him as a pathetic gothic son-of-a-bitch loser. I would love to take that bastard down a peg... and I think happy-go-lucky Bartz is the best man to do it.

Unfortunately I don't quite hate any of the roster with so much er, intensity. HOWEVER, I swear, for the love of god, that if Tidus' english voice actor doesn't improve his screaming I will want to vent my frustration -__-
 
I want to beat the living crap out of Sephiroth... with anybody but Cloud :D. Sephiroth is a great villain and everything, but he's had way too much hype than he deserves, and hearing Youtube Kefka taking the mick out of Sephiroth, as well as all the funny "Sephiroth vs Kefka" debates and videos up on the internet... I really want Sephiroth to die, firstly by Kefka, and then to really rub salt into the wounds I'll kick his ass a second time with Shantotto.
 
Anyone against Tidus. If he has his original English FFX voice, that is.

...but I'll still probably beat him up anyway. :D

Oh, and if Cloud is all emo in this game, then I'll probably have someone like the Onion Knight or Shantotto beat him and post it on YouTube to piss the fanboys/fangirls off. :P
 
The character I want to see the most beat down oh I can not wait to see a fight between Golbez and Sephiroth that is going to be intense. I also want to see Cloud vs Squall. Although I think Squall would win. Golbez uses magic and sephiroth uses powerful sword swipes who would win. Golbez looks stronger though.
 
Why is everyone so into Shantotto? She's a goddamn FFXI character. Who the hell even played that shitty game? Why the fandom? I tell you what... just for that, I shall kill her. Not as much as Squall, but she still will be at the brunt of a many an epic beating.
 
I would love to have some of the villians square (lol) off. Kefka and Sephiroth would be interesting fight. I actually am probably the only person on earth that likes them both, so I'd rather enjoying playing both of them, and kick each other's ass.

Although, lord knows I'd love to have Sephiroth beat the bejesus out of Cloud or Squall. I hate the spikey-haired emo-boys and would love to see some real man show them what war is about.

Though I have to ask, since when was Squall goth?

Anyways, I'd also have fun with Garland beating up everyone else, simply because he's the original bad-ass and while not exactly with a lot of personality, nothing quite beats the fun of the original baddie. :P
 
I'm not very original...All I want to do is beat the crap out of Sephie with Cloud xD

Although, I must admit the idea of knocking Tidus's teeth out with Cloud's buster sword does sound pretty good too...I never really liked him and his voice actor for X/X-2 was absolutely horrible! If he has the same one, I'm definately not holding back :wacky:

I've played FF11... It's not "shitty", once u get into it. You just need to spend a lot of time. Time which I didn't have, hence why I left it for a while. I never met Shantotto, I don't think, but she plays a prominent part in FF11 in some quests. She joins the adventurer and has some pretty powerful magic spells, as well as a good personality. That, and the fact that she is a teddy creature is why she deserves to be in Dissidia, and deserves to have some people excited about playing her.

So yeah, I still want to be her and kick the ass off of Sephiroth. :P

Shantotto was a popular character, so I've heard. Other FF11 characters were under-developed and just acted as quest givers, but people have told me that Shantotto had a distinct personality. A distinct way of speaking and acting that made her stand out as classic. She's a popular character in the FF11 community apparantly. That's why they've added her in.
Aldo (the dude in the opening cutscene) would have just been lame. Another human character, and a boring one at that. Shantotto offers diversity and uniqueness (representing one of the unique races of Vana'diel) that most other FF11 characters just could not have given us.

Ditto... I can't see anything goth in Squall's appearance..other than him being dressed in black, but it's not an elaborately goth look of black, but instead more a "It's rather chilly! Let me put on my coat..." sort of black... And his attitude to life isn't neccesarily goth either.

Agreed :D. I like what they've done with Garlands sword as well. It seems to be stretchy, and form shapes of different weapons etc for different actions. He looks to be a very interesting character to play.

I know who Shantotto is... she's a damn little Taru Taru fucker that speaks in rhythm... but I just don't get why people here, who have never played FFXI, would like her so much.

As for the Squall thing, I can't comment because that would start a huge rant... and there's no way I could walk away without an infraction from it. Let's just say that he's always depressed and he wears black... and can't make decisions for himself... and he likes to play tummy sticks...
 
Yeah but Shantotto is just a little thing that any villian can step on lol. Well she does have strong speels and what the hell will be shantottos ex mode and Aztec you really hate Shantotto as a character right? Shantotto looks worthless lol.
 
I would also like to see Squall and sephiroth clashing blades till the death. Also how about kuja vs Cloud Of Darkness that would be cool. I want to beat down kefka with Terra.

Well, she's small and cute for one. Charming and carefree from the looks of her. Now, imagine the lulz we'd all have when we see this tiny cute fluffball kick the shit out of huge powerhouses like Golbez or Sephiroth? To me, that's the main appeal of using her. Also, I read somewhere that she has difficult magic combos to pull of, suggesting that she's more suited to skilled players. We all the know the harder the character is to use, the more they pay off once you learn how to use them :monster:

Like I said before, I'm only going to use her to beat up Sephiroth while video taping it so I can put it on YouTube to piss fanboys off. Other than that, I'm probably not going to use her. I mean she speaks in RHYME. I don't want to hear someone talking like Dr. Seuss the entire game.
