Dragon scale??

I believe I got a dragon scale as a hunt bounty from the Vryaal. Hope that helps.
 
umm... you can't sell the dragon scale you need for that particular quest. just make sure you've done the vyraal quest, because that is where you get it.
 
I think Chaos Master is right about not being able to sell the dragon scale. Once you obtain it from the Vyraal Hunt, there is a guy you have to talk to in Cerobe Steppe (called the Wyrm Philosopher?) by one of the Windmills in the northeastern most area.
