epsxe iso issue

So, I beat FF7 Disc One using my actual disc; Disc Two doesn't work b/c it's too scratched, but I can't get any iso files to work. What am I supposed to do? I download the ISO file but whenever I try to open it from EPSXE it says it isn't the right file, or it just stays at the black screen with a controller in the corner.

I'm sorry, but all talk of emulating is forbidden on FFF, so I'm going to have to close this thread.
