How do you guys go about getting the lvl 100 exclusives?

With much hard work, and a little luck.
Each exclusive weapon needs a bunch of components, including the exclusive weapon that came before it (there are lvl 50-ish exclusives, lvl 90-ish exclusives, and the lvl 100 exclusives.)
One component is usually the crystals or orbs or whatever the highest thing you get from that character in Battlegen (so Squall would need a few Bless Orbs, I think).
The other is a character specific component that is just for making that weapon. You can buy them from the shop (at the price of certain other components) or you can win them in the Arena. (e.g. Squall's is an Unshelled Bullet or something).
It'll take a while, and you need some perseverance, but it'll pay off if you stick at it.

i know how to get them and the components, just is there and easier way?
I dont go in for those weapons myself..........they seem odd?
And by that I mean, there 2nd exclusive Weapons are good enough, Sephiroth being armed With a weapon called the "One Winged Angel" is just not right, Being armed withthe Masamune makes a lot more sense because it his sword instead of his........Image I suppose?
The LionHeart is the only Exclusive Weapon I got because at some rate Squall actually equips it.
The only really easy way would be to buy an Action Replay Max for your PSP and hope they have all item cheats on it? other wise no I dont think there is another easy way?

Odd as they are, they are very powerful. the only one that compares is Ultima Weapon, which you have to get via cheat codes..

I dont dispute there usefulness Siera, just there intent.
Why not just have there Regular top line weapons as there 1st tier Exclusive weapons on Dissida?.............just another example of S-E adding shit to stuff after the fact.

No you can get ultima weapon in U.S. version by trading components for it no cheat codes
