Backstory
For many years the earth prospered and grew, in population and in technology, Great cities were raised and great wars were fought. Weapons became stronger and stronger, until countries began making weapons to scare other countries, the threat of weapons that could decimate entire cities would hopefully stop others creating stronger weapons, but this was far from the truth. In the year 2050 a weapon that was made that cold decimate everything, and a mere 5 years later this weapon was used, causing the nuclear holocaust. this happened almost 50 years ago, It is now the year 3000 and the Earth still suffers for the mistakes of the last generation, the entire planet lays in waste still, a desolate wasteland that is slowly being put back together. Great Britain, America, Europe, America, the entire world was torn apart by this weapon.
In the post apocalyptic Great Britain, Wales is overrun by Mutated Cratures, that the Great walls that have been built around Cardiff have been able to keep out, with the Aid of the brotherhood of Steel Troops stationed there.
Scotland's inhabitants are ruled by a man named Havok who's forces are Battling to take land at the border of England, in the hope that one day he will be the undisputed ruler of Great Britain.
The Brotherhood of Steel Have a base near the Border and luckily have enough troops to keep Havok's men at bay.
This RP is completely open, but please keep it within reason.
Character customization is all up to you, with no restrictions.
The Story is going to take place in Britain, and you can be whoever you like, there will be:
3 Vaults in Britain, one in Scotland (B), England (A) and Wales (C).
only major cities that remain Are London, Manchester, Cardiff and Glasgow

2. don't overpower your characters
3. Don't kill other characters unless discussed
4. Romance is allowed but please don't get to explicit

Skills: (Repair, Lockpick, Barter, Speech, Science, Medicine, All of them from the game asides the weapon related ones, as thy come under weapon preference, you get 100 points to split between all the things you have, the more you take, the less skilled you are with each)
Appearance: (what your Character looks like)
Armour: (what armour (if any) does your character wear)
Weapon preference: ( Energy, rifles, Pistols, Lever-action, Explosive, Meelee, throwing, Unarmed)
Starting weapon: (Keep it believable, no having loads of weapons and ammo)
