... I just got excepted into the U.S NAVY. Isn't that a scaaaaaaary thought? Me, helpin' to defend yo' borders. :8F:

Well, I guess only the American users have any real reason to worry.

But, yeah. I did it. I just went through Processing and did the swear in yesterday afternoon. Almost didn't pass the Physical though. Apparently, being lazy for most of my life has left my body... Well, worthless. Seriously, not being able to do the duck walk properly almost kept me from getting in. But, I got excepted and I ship out in about two months. Which kinda sucks because I was hoping I'd have more time to get into shape but it looks like I'm gonna have to push myself REALLY hard for the next eight to nine weeks if I'm gonna be ready. But, yeah. The deeds done. My parents are okay with it. I don't really give a shit if my friends care or not because they didn't even believe that I was gonna actually go through with it. So, they can eat a dick.

Anyway, yeah.

Sounds like a great way to force yourself into shape, that or have some dude screaming down ya ear how worthless you are come the time. :lew: Quite the feat man, but I gotta ask, you didn't feel pushed to do it just to prove your mates wrong right? Or did you do it because you genuinely want to? It's not worth going through that just to spite someone, if you go through it, it should be because you genuinely want to better yourself, physically and mentally.
 
Congratulations! Don't worry, you will totally be ready in two months. If you want to do it- you will.

Nah', I did it because I wanted to. It just kinda bothered that people had so little faith in me.
