Hiya guys haven't posted on here in ages but been playing the final fantasy XII game and im stuck on this sidequest.

After you help July out with spying on these imperials by renting a chocobo and scaring them off what are you suppose to do next .;)

Also the hunt with that flying wyern lord is getting me annoyied whats the best way to beat him.

If it helps i got my characters level's on here and their quicknings which are Penelo 22 (1st and 2nd Rank) Ashe 21(Has Belius Esper) Basce 19 Balfier 18 Vann 17 and Fran 14.Sorry if i misspelt some names.

I assume something with my two strongest characters is the best .
 
After you've scared the imperials off with the chocobo, the side quest is finished.

You have to wait til you get to Archades to get your reward, July will be in the magick shop there when you arrive.

With the Wyvern Lord, you should level up a little, upto about level 24 - 26. Blind him as soon as the fight starts, and make sure you're using bows or guns, as he's flying. Make sure you steal off him aswell to get a Wyvern Wing, if you can get another Wyvern wing during the game and 2 Yensa fins, these sold along with the Salamand Halycon (which is your reward from July coincidently) you'll get the Arcturus gun bazaar item. :)
 
i beaten the Wyvern Lord 2day thanks DLFlux.Now my trouble for now is you know the hunt where you beat that crocidle in the giza plains and you get this ring of the toad in which you are suppose to give to someone sadeen says but i can't exactly figure out where to go .He says its in the same part of where he is but theres noone there?

Is something about dry got to with this and do i have to do other stuff in the mean time?
 
You have to deliver the ring to the Elder woman (forget name) in the Village during the dry, >Giza Plains of course. What do you mean with, you have to do other stuff?

By other stuff i just mean like go other places build exp up a bit beat fiends etc and then come back. I just don't fully understand the dry giza plains bit its raining now .Do i have to wait a bit and also there is no1 in the village but sadeen i dunno summats wrong
 
Go to: Dalmasce Westernsand > Wyrm's nest, you just need to enter in the area. By doing it so, you trigger a Sandstorm in Dalmasca westernsand...
But im not sure if makes Giza plains get Dry...its just a question of trying it.

i usually talk with the Bangaa near the Giza entrance, you have to talk with him many times or something..Sorry can't remember. He usually tells you if its going to ge rain/dry soon. That means he can predict it.
 
Giza plains stays dry for 2hours, and raining for 1hour.

The time limit is the only way the weather there changes.
 
i did the dry part now of delivering the ring 2 the elder woman now i have to wait till its wet 2 talk 2 sadeen . What do i have to to get it wait again
 
If you speak to the Bangaa near the entrance to the Giza Pains from the Southgate, he'll give you clues on how close the weather is to changing.

Apart from that, you just gotta wait, might aswell go level up or do some other hunts or whatever. :)
 
neah its ok b4 ur last post i already did the stuff i need 2 do in the giza plains inc giving the leaf to that person after defeating the Enkelados. I've decided to do some side quests and hunts and level up seeing as i missed some out .Seems a gd idea b4 heading to the golmore jungle . Barely hit level 30 yet
 
By any chance is there any way to teleport back to whereever when you don't have any teleport stones. I try to walk back the way i came and pressing the switches but for some reason it just makes me get lost and going back to the place where you suppose to fight that boss in the mines. This is at the savepoint in the mines.
 
No chance of teleporting without a stone. Few enemies will drop though, depending on the monographs you have.

You should be able to get back though, just keep checking your map.
 
to change the weather in the the giza plains you can only wait because it changes with time and you have to give the ring of the toad to the village elder in the giza village in the dry.

its ok mate i got out now its all sorted lol .You know the elite hunts whats that about and do u have 2 b on a certain rank 2 do em or can them ranks be just a min point cos 1 hunt says i need 2 b on a hedge knight 1 but im on the venaguard . Will that be a problem for me to do them?
 
For elite marks you have to go see Montblanc in the Clan Hall in Rabanastre, he'll have all the ones available at the time.
 
Just keep completing the Marks, as your Rank Increases, new Hunts will be avaiable, when you reach the Max Rank
Knight of the Round
, almost all Marks will be avaiable, the last ones need a "Special Condition". But your still a long way from there. ;)
 
Are you looking for a way to win money?

You could go to Zertinan Caves Where you fight the
Esper Adrammalech
, there are many undeads on that area, you can chain them and the loot they drop you get you can sell them for thousands of cash, especially Platinum Daggers.
