different gameplay is confirmed, but it's still an action RPG more or less.
For now, it's very likely it is going to stay as a ps3 exclusive.

1) No, Versus will have a more action-orientated style of gameplay like Kingdom Hearts, so it won't be like FFXIII.
2) So far the game looks set to be a PS3 exclusive, but you never know, Square Enix might suddenly decide to earn some more money out of Microsoft's console. If they've done it for FFXIII, I don't see why they can't do it for Versus - though Nomura, the main guy heading this project made it clear that he was no 360 fan...or something like that.
As Cid XIII-2 pointed out, there are already similar threads in this section (I've just moved it here and realised that) that may already already answer your questions [1|2].
