FFXIV: New Famitsu Scans Reveal Character Customization Options

A few scans have been "leaked" from an upcoming issue of Famitsu with details about Final Fantasy XIV's character customization process.

Customization options include things such as skin color, initial clothing styles/colors/patterns, bust size, waist size, Roegadyn face types (ex. tattoos, bandages, scars, paint), etc.

Expect better scans soon, but enjoy these for the time being!

I see a lot of excessively large-breasted characters running around on the horizon...great. Way to objectify, Square Enix.

That aside, the more freedom in customization, the better! I love giving my characters a personal touch - I always play around a lot with character creation if I get the chance to in games. From the scans, it looks like its going to be pretty advanced. Yet another incentive to give it a try when it comes out~

The last scan seemed to interest me more- in that you can give your character very small points of detail such as scars and plasters.

Freedom in customisation is something I absolutely love in video games. I'll be sitting there for ages deciding on the perfect look- which is something girls do a lot of anyway

And yes.....big breasted characters will be inevitable. That will be rather popular I'd imagine.

I think it's just as well there are different races, in these scans you get the choice between a hooker and a meat head. Brilliant. All being said I suppose the more customisation the better.
