In FFX it is pretty out there, of course everyone has his own interpretation on what symbolism ment what.
In FF7 I saw Shinra/Midgar as the United States, Sepiroth as the antichrist like character.
In FF9, Necron is pretty much God IMO.
But yeah, good video and pretty sensible.
I think using real life themes and twist 'em in a fantasy cover is what I like about the series.
You can relate, but then again it's fantasy so they don't really break taboos.
