Anyone else seen this yet?

I can't decide what I think of it. It was a good film but was also abit of a let down, really funny in parts but I spent half my time wishing it would get a move on and picking popcorn out of my bra

Will Smith was great as usual, I didn't really like Charlize Therons character though and then when I discovered she also had his powers I just groaned inside, although it wasn't that bad really

It just felt like the plot kicked in too late or something =/

Nothing really stands out to me other than the beginning and the end really

I thought it was quite funny at parts

Wee fat french kid "Ass...hol *wham!* ARGHHHHHH"

Hancock "You take your right leg and kick him in his piss pump" I couldn't stop laughing

It was a clever plot with the twist at the end. I really liked it, but yeah i know what you mean how the plot kicked in to late. I kept looking at the time near the end

and whats this i read about you picking popcorn out of your bra, why's it there in the first place :O

I kept missing my mouth (don't ask how, targets big enough) so I spent half my time fishing it out

That French kid was hilarious, and I was plain in stitches when that guys head ended up that other guys arse, it's a shame really, had the potential to be a really great film :gasp:

It just didn't suck me in as some films do, normally I would have cried at the end but I was just like meh, whatever

Head up the ass was genius :neomon:

Giving the chick powahz was a bit lame, the plot twist itself wasn't too bad, it was just really corny. The ending was also pretty corny, I would have rather just seen everyone die and leave it on that note, but naturally they couldn't do that. I did love what the PR did to the guy with the hook though :wacky:

Other than that though, I loved this movie. Despite being corny, the movie was bloody hilarious and had me in stitches frequently.

i dun know your guys opions on the movie cause of spoilers but im hopen there good ones, ill be seeing it this weekend. Anything with will in it must be good in more ways then bad plus the ads looked good and it looks like hes playing the role of a drunk super hero this time =D.

Yes, we all liked it, fear not :neomon:

And yes, he does play a drunken superhero, it makes for epic lulz rly. I actually saw this movie by mistake too, I meant to go see Wall-E, but the dumb girl who sold me the tickets somehow mistook "Wall-E" for "Hancock." I didn't even notice, so when the movie started I just thought they were showing the wrong movie, but I didn't really care since I wanted to see it anyway.

You'll like it though. Even though Will Smith had to be a trendy douchebag and decide to help Tom Cruise promote Scientology, he's still funny.

I thought it was much better then the critics gave it. I truly enjoyed myeslf...one let down though, before going into the movie people kept talking about how it had a 'twist'...So I kept watching and waiting...and never saw any sort of twist.
I truly hope they weren't talking about
The women being a super hero as the twist...because from the second you see her I thought it was fairly obvious that there was a past behind those two and that she wasn't letting on everything.

probably one of the funniest movies ive seen in ages

but the story did get a few laughes out of me and my freinds but not to big a laugh it was a good film though

I liked it a lot, but it seemed a bit rushed too me, or maybe not enough story in it. I like a good super hero movie with a huge villain, but it was just the prisoner guys lol. How the heck did they get out of jail so easily anyway? -_-

I didn't like the twist of her being his long lost wife or whatever, it really made no sense to me. Great Will Smith, just lack of a story to me.

I saw it the other week. Will Smith is always a great actor, everything he's in is always amazing. I thought Hancock was worth going to see but it wasn't an amazing film, itself. Discovering that he and Theron were both thousands of years old was a bit cheesy and could've been deepened a bit more but I suppose it worked.

This movie had great humor in it, but the plot absolutely sucked. When the chick told Will that she had super powers, I was like :ffs:

It did have a lot of funny parts in it though. I laughed my head off everytime Will Smith said "call me an ass-hole one more time!" xD

No i havent seen it. but i wanna see disaster movie bcuz in this movie they make fun of hancock.^^ hehe yay

The movie itself is bleh. Good, but how can you turn a superhero movie to a love story. Someone should of died off to make things interesting. Out of 10 i would have to say a 6 probably.

I really liked this movie.

I like Will Smith and Charlize Theron working together.

I thought it was really sad that she left him in the hospital though. =( He woke up and had no idea who he was.

But I suppose if she didn't leave him they would both be dead.

Still really sad though. =(

I laughed at what he did to that French kid. XD

i Love the way how he flys away see the earth going open x]

and the part hes drunk lol and going after those thiefs [Chinese faggs in a hummer lol].

This is one of the superhero films I think has been nailed perfectly. I love Will Smith in his movies and hearing his infamous, "Aww, hell no!" one liner. It was a shock to see that woman was like him, but I suppose one of those twists is to be expected somewhere along the line.
