Personally, I like the idea behind this puzzle. It's rather a unique and never seen before kind of concept. The simpler puzzles are fun. However, it gets repetitive after a while, especially when there are up to 13 hands on the clock. It becomes a randomly-step-on-it kind of puzzle. It was so frustrating that I had to resort to cheating over the internet.

So I'm kinda neutral. Though I really wish it's not overused in the sidequests.

I am one of the few who absolutely adored these puzzles... Whenever I encountered the larger ones, I'd pause the game, write it down on paper and work it out by hand. :lew: I believe I used the same tactic in timed ones too...

I actually wanted them to use these puzzles more, although I would have preferred it had they not sent you to the beginning of all 3 (the usual number) for one wrong move. :hmph:

I actually loved this puzzle because it wasn't something you could beat without thinking of ways to make it farther, it was the most challenging puzzle in the game :D.

One thing I dislike in my FF is Puzzles that are too easy to breakdown, the real fun part of these were when the Clock was Randomized with different numbers all the time actually made me stop and think instead of blindly following my instinct.

I'm actually proud to say I never had to cheat to finish these puzzles :D.

I hated it, i despise being made to think mathematically when I do that shit all day at work. I just gave up and randomly hit numbers in the end until I got lucky haha

It angered me greatly quite a few times

I sorta like these puzzles, but only the easier ones. Once they get to too many numbers on the face, it's just all about luck for me...
I preferred the similar minigame that's in the DLC for Serendipity where you play against other AI players. Now I couldn't have gotten any more addicted to that, I don't think

It wasn't bad, although I did have fun at times despite having to take out hours of my time trying to do the 13 hand one. Like the OP, it was a unique and original idea to bring to the game, however at times it was infuriating and it made me want to rip my hair out. In the end, I had to use the japanese cheat site.

I rather liked this puzzle and absolutely hated it at the same time, but i did feel rather proud when i solved the big ones first or second go

I was going to try to figure it out using my head, but eh. I skipped the tutorial on it and it wouldn't let me reread it so I just used the internet to overcome this obstacle.

This puzzle game was very interesting to say the least and I loved that they tried something new and different. I enjoyed these type of puzzles for the most part but DAMN when it got to the bigger and larger numbers I just wanted to throw a controller.

I just hit random numbers until I FINALLY got it right.

Was either my best friend or worst enemy. Depending on my mindframe. The puzzle itself was a cool concept an all but damn hard to do if you werent at a clear, thinking state of mind.

Other times it was a breeze.
