Me having anxiety problems is a royal class pain for me in my life. Due to my disability I have one slight fear that scares me for the rest of my life..
I have a fear of loud alarms going off.
Actually my place in here has a loud fire alarm that goes off and last year was way terrible. It goes off numerous times. At that time, I had trouble sleeping, focusing at my job, and that's about it.
Only way to not think about my fears is having to think good thoughts or try to entertain yourself. Well that's what I did. My comfort zone was playing Final Fantasy XIII and working on it. Last night, when I decided to halt the game to move onto something else. That's when my anxiety triggers. I had trouble sleeping last night. This time it's not about the alarms.
This time I was losing my interest in 13.
I was gonna move to Final Fantasy XIV and I thought this wasn't a good idea because I was losing my comfort zone. So around 2:30 to 3am I tried to talk to my friends online, but instead when everyone's asleep. I just took a deep breath and got on my computer, uninstalled Final Fantasy XIV, and put away my PS3.
Then I went back to bed and slept better. I guess my Final Fantasy games are my comfort zones of keeping my anxiety away.
