Help: Nabreus Medal side quest

I'm trying to get the dull fragment down at the sluice gates, but I can't seem to find the "shiney" object in front of sluice gate 3. I'm using the Brady games book but question if it's accurate.

it's accurate, because i used it and found it. i didn't have any problems with that quest, and i used the book. i dunno..

The medal is located near the third gate. Look at the map, it should be the third door from the left. Look around the gate and you should see it. It took me a while, too.

yes it is by the third gate entrance not the thing u open and close the gate with

Actuali u can find it at the semi circle area juz below the sluice control..

Light off all panels for first, then follow the steps below:
- On 11th Area Panel. (thats mean light up the panel)
- On 4th Area Panel.
- Off 11rd Area Panel.
- On 3rd Area Panel.
- Off 4th Area Panel.
- Now go around South in the same area and find the shiny object on the ground which is another fragment that you need, Dull Fragment.
