Help Help with the Chocobo Lure Materia

First off, let me apologize for my long absence from the forums, and say hello to all the old members, and a nice to meet you to all the new members.

Secondly, I'm a little embarrased to say I need help in a very simple matter that I could've avoided in Disc 1. I forgot to buy the Chocobo Lure Materia in disc 1 due to the fact that I never use a chocobo to cross the Marshlands because I like to fight the Midgar Zolom. My problem is, that I'm now halfway done with disc 2 and was about to start chocobo breeding, when I realized that I didn't have the Chocobo Lure. Now, the option to buy it doesn't come up. Since I only have one save file for this playthrough, I cant exactly start again because it would take too long, does anyone out there know of any other way to get this materia? I've tried the Boneyard with no success, might just be looking for it wrong or just in the wrong place.

Feedback anyone?
 
Hey, nice to meet you too.

The Chocobo Lure materia can be found on "Chocobo Billy's" farm. Go to the "front" of the big ass Chocobo Pen, in other words, where your character is closest to the screen. From there, run along the right of the pen. To the very far right is a little Independent Materia, Chocobo Lure.
