Hilary Duff vs. Miley

I have to choose Duff. I was little when Disney threw their support behind her, and I loved and still do love her music. I think that she has more vocal talent and musical talent in general in her pinky toe than Miley Cirus. So, I'll vote Hilary.

Hilary Duff. I remember buying her CD quite a while ago and now the CD is scratched up in storage because I listened to it so much. As of now, I don't exactly like pop music, but I remember liking her a lot back then. I remember "Metamorphosis" very clearly being my favorite song.

With Miley, her music is just a copy of other people's old music, in my honest opinion. I don't feel like she has any originality, and honestly, when her music pops up on my radio I change the station. I mean, I'm not saying that Hilary was completely original but at least her lyrics made sense.

I mean since both choices are kinda bad to begin with....uuuuuum.

Hilary was the one who was out first so most would like her because they "knew her first" or something like that. She really doesnt have much talent though....All she had was Lizzie Mcguire and after that I think she forgot how to act....

Now as for Miley she is a horrible actress, but she has the potential to make great music....On her show she kinda overacted her character and that horrible Hanna Montana CD was just.......horrible......Her singing career has gotten alot better and she is better off at music....I think she has potential..

Hmmmmmmmboth are hard choices indeed......Miley has more potential at the moment so I'll choose her...But Hilary may make a comeback.....but I doubt it will be anything as big as Miley's hype...

I love Miley Cyrus, hate me all you want lol. I love her as both Hannah Montana and herself. She cracks me up and her music does appeal to me and can cheer me up when Im feeling rubbish. Shes great.

I used to love watching Lizzie McGuire back when I was about 10 to 11 years old. That, Drake & Josh and Even Stevens were among my favourite American TV shows when I was younger. I remember actually admiring Hilary Duff after watching her play as Lizzie on TV as well as hearing her songs. I remember a few of Hilary's memorable songs such as "Metamorphosis", "Wake Up" and "So Yesterday".

I like Miley still, but in terms of actress and singer, Hilary does trump her. Hannah Montana as a show doesn't seem to have that edge that made me love Lizzie McGuire, and Miley's show does seem like a ploy by Disney to re-emulate on Hilary's success. Furthermore Miley's songs just seem to be inferior to Hilary's in general based on what I've heard so far.

Something about Miley Cyrus' voice just bothers me - it's like a boy going through puberty talking with a fake southern accent.

I have money on 2012 for when she becomes a trainwreck.

I prefer Hilary Duff moreso than Miley.

She has a nicer voice and a much cleaner image too in my opinion. The only time you ever see Hilary is in movies and such. Never seem to hear about her getting into trouble and such.

Miley has a few songs that I like. She has a good voice sometimes but majority of the time I don't like her music.

I really hate Miley. I never ever liked her. She gives me the impression that she doesnt really think about her songs. To me, they seem kinda heartless. Like Super Girl for instance. Hilary Duff isn't SO much better, but at least her songs are catchy, and she doesn't sing through her nose.

Miley just flat out irritates me. When I first saw her show it was alright but imo, i think she's overrated. I see her everywhere! Her voice is just annoying and her music is horrible. Hilary I think is better as far as her music. I just felt like I was more connected to Hilary then Miley. Correct me if i'm wrong because i'm not 100% on this but Did Hilary make it out on her own?-- meaning, did she not have famous parents? Because I think Miley's only famous cos her dad- come on her character on her show has the same name as her! AND her dad's apart of the show. but yeah, I prefer Hilary.
