Hey there folks!

Well i don't know if this kind athread has been before but i'm just plain curius to see wich Final Fantasy is the game that most of the people have completed!
Well since i can't put a multivoting on the poll, i guess i 'll be droping back every couple of days to update this post!
Please tell me wich one was the hardest and wich one the easiest to beat ^_^

For myself i 've beaten FFII (The Origins awesome version), FFIV, FFVI, FFVII and FFX.

I'm too lazy to beat

since my PC got all screwd up and lost my FFVIII Save file >_<
I'm on the way to beat FFV after leaving it for a long time cuz of a really annoying Boss >_<
And what about FFXII...well to the point of game that i'm ...geez...i need a guide:P
FFI on Origins is godamn Difficult on Normal and FFIII via Emulator...meh! :P

Well the easiest to beat from them all was FFVII...i hardly remember myself getting REALLY pissed of at any point. and as for my hardest i would go for VI...man that was an intense final battle that needed both Level, Skills and lots of Items!!

I've beaten every FF VI up. So, FFVI, VII, VIII, IX, X and XII. Although I've gotten damn close to beating both FFI and FFII. FFIV I'm sorta in the middle-end part, and FFIII and FFV are horrible :wacky:
 
I have beaten almost all of them and I have to say 10 was the hardest, not because of the difficulty of the game, but how annoying it was. The hardest difficulty wise has to be FF2 because it had the hardest system to use correctly.

About FFII ... yeah it's System exept from Magnificent was kinda hard to get along at the beggining...
 
I have beaten every final fantasy from V to X, i got XII this Christmas and i'm currently in my first playthrough so i can't speak about it yet.

As for order of difficulty i would say, of the titles i played:

FVIII (very easy)
FFIX (easy)
FFVII (easy)
FFV (easy)
FFX (gave me some trouble the first two times, then i discovered the special weapons and it got easy)
FFVI (hard)

I really had some trouble with FFVI, i could not figure out where to level up and it took a while for me to reach the end of Kefkas tower and defeat him, i even placed the game on hold for over a year before i actually got to finish it.
 
I have played ff1-10, 12, tactics, tactics advanced, and also CC for the gamecube. Does that help? Yea I have played too many, and from what I played 10 and 2 are the hardest.

:: Currently Playing Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core (PSP) and Final Fantasy III (DS). I also just got Final Fantasy II for the PSP, so in a while i can add 3 more to my list :D

For me the hardest was FFI, had to level up a lot at the end, and it just took so dam long! :( But still a great game

And easiest would probably be X-2. The gameplay was awesome, but the last boss wasnt challanging at all!

4 and 6 caused me most difficulty (but were the most fun too!). But really it was just the occasional boss I got really stuck on (Atma Weapon took ages).

FFV was probably the hardest to get through, not necessarily because of the difficulty, but because I hated it.

I'd say XII took me the longest. But hardest was Tactics. -__-
Damn battle system was just annoying as heck.

Of the main numbered series I've beaten all but FFII, I got about half an hour in and gave up. Decided it was shit. Wandering too far in any direction and getting my arse handed to me got old fast, especially as I like to explore -__-

Easiest to beat....was probably VII, VIII or IX. Cba trying to think which one out easied the other. V was a bit of a twat, infact, had I not used an online guide for it, Id of prbably never beaten it. Some of those bosses were gay. Defenitely one I hate. I never use walkthorughs the first time I play a game, coz I don't wanna ruin it for myself, but V....I just hated so much it had ot be done

IV was also really hard, but it was challenging in a GOOD way. HOW they can make IV then follow up with the monstrosity of V is ANYBODIES guess. Peice of crap game

So yeah, just II Ive never bothered to beat. Played all the sequels (available in these shores, obv) never played tactics - albeit I tried once...... or any other non numbered game

I have beaten ff1, ff7 crisus core, ff7 DOC, ffx, ffx-2, and xii.
xii was the hardest cause i had to start over again and do the perfect game >.<
 
FFV - Last boss was a pain fighting him twice, but eventually took a cheap way to defeat him. Will probably go back and replay this game before any others.
FFVI - Great ending overall.
FFVII - Epic game.
FFVII: DoC - Quick run through to get the story.
FFVIII - Confused the hell outta me. Will replay this one most likely soon.
FFIX - Probably the game that sucked me in the most.
FFX - First game completed in the series; favorite overall.
FFX-2 - Blew through it quickest.
FFXII - Most recently completed game.

I might be forgetting some titles...

The hardest of them all was definetively FF Tactics, trying to survive Elmdor and his two assasins is a pain, especially if you want to steal ALL the unique equipment Elmdor has, while Surviving Masamune and Ultima's onslaught. Not to mention obtaining Zodiac and defeating Serpentarius.

FFV was very tough to beat as well, beating Neo Shinryu and Omega MKII, FFIV and II come after it, I didn't overpower my party for the reason those two titles didn't interest me as much as FFVII or X.
 
I have beaten IV, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XII and just started working on V...for me IV was the hardest, Zeromus kicked my butt, I had to go level for about another 10 levels just to barley beat him.
