I've taken it upon myself to try and learn how to count to ten, and to ask for a beer please in as many languages as possible xD
So far I only know English, German and a little of Japanese, though I'm pretty close to it in French too. Anyone help? I'm missing one number (though I'm not sure what) and the key phrase

I can teach you how to count to 100 in Japanese but i can't help you with French. You could always search the internet with google or something.

Ichi, ni, san, shi, goh, roku, nana, hachi, kyuu, joo is how you would count for something like beer.

Ein, Zwei, Drei, Vier, Funf, Sechs, Sieben, Acht, Neun, Zehn.

That's pretty much all the german I know

I'm not quite sure, this is my best judgement. To say
"Can I have a beer please?"
would be
"Watashi wa biiru o arimasuka onegaishimasu."
but then again, I'm not quite sure. It might be
"Watashi wa biiru o atte kudasai."
