I would like to learn the following about FFIII DS:
1) If I win a battle, but a character don't fight (don't perform an attack, because the opponent dies from the attacks of the other characters, no matter whether this character was told to attack or was revived and therefore wasn't told to attack), will he earn exp, supposed he is not dead?
2) The exp it tells me that I take after each battle: does each character gain this amount of exp or does he/she take the 1/4, supposed that all 4 characters survive?
3) In order to change a job, I have to wait some battles. Do I have to win these battles, or I can run/flee?
