Interest Check: Hogwarts: A History

I'm thinking about starting an HP RP on here, having had several experiences with them on other sites made primarily for that purpose in my youth. They were pretty neat and the concept lends itself easily to this sort of thing.

Before I went to the trouble of completing all the rules and such and getting no interest, I thought I'd do this, and see how many people would actually participate.

Because the RP would take place mostly at Hogwarts, I need people who are interested in being both Students and Professors. If you are interested, just leave a post here saying you're interested, and if a teacher you could go ahead and say what topic (classes will be the typical Hogwarts offerings although a few originals wouldn't hurt as long as they are approved) and you can claim it.

Other than that just show me you're interested, and I'll put together a sign up forum if there's enough interest.

Also all characters must be original and as for time frame...I'm thinking Post Deathly Hallows, though any of JKR's extras (epilogue,interviews) are omitted from this.

I wouldnt mind joining a Harry potter RP...I think it would be a great Idea.

If I could suggest a new Subject: Geography of Magic. This would teach the students about How magic is Diffrent from each country. Like how Magic is diffrent in Norway than in Russia.

Oh. and If I join. Im not being a professor. Someone else can take the GEography of magic. Job.

As long as it doesn't move extremely extremely fast, I would love to do this. I'm not sure whether I would want to be a student or a professor though, I'd have to think about it a bit

If you allowed more than one character, I'd probably join. However, in my opinion, HP RPs are better on sites of their own such as Proboards, because of the sheer size of the world.

More than one character is fine with me.

And yes the sheer size of the world is going to make this more of a challenge then other RPs. However, if most of the action is kept in Hogwarts, then I think it'll be manageable.
