In the spirit and style of Pokemon: Mystery Dungeon, I would like to start up an rp that connects the two worlds: the world of Pokemon and the Digital World. There are no humans in this. You can play as a MD style Pokemon and/or as a trainerless Digimon.
Plot:
Genosect, for ages immemorial, has always been a thorn in Arceus' side. Always plotting for some way to slay the Alpha PokeGod and take overall of creation. During Genosect's travels to find new ideas for destroying Arceus, he chanced upon an open rift in space. This rift led to a universe known as the Digital World.
He watched from the distance the inhabitants of the digital world, known as Digimon. Over the years of observation, he found criminal Digimon of like minds, namely MaloMyotismon, Piedmon and MadLeomon. He also noted that the strength of the more heroic Digimon came almost completely from human trainers.
After confronting these three and collaborating with them, Genosect managed to disconnect the Digital World from the Real World, effectively preventing human trainers from aiding their Digimon partners. All those who stood opposed to Genosect and the Dark Triad were defeated and deleted. With the Digital World under the control of the Dark Trio, a new war was about to be fought.
New rifts started to appear across the Pokemon World. While they have remained a curiosity to the Pokemon of the world, the Pokemon had no idea of the dark evils that were about to flood upon their world.
However, a few brave Digimon who survived the Hero Purge opened a rift of their own and found themselves in Wigglytuff's Guild Hall. Pairing up with several Rescue and Adventure Teams, the Pokemon World readies itself against the impending invasion.
