i was thinking about a Gundam Rp, mainly it would consist of choosing a side, from Zaft, Earth allience or the faction, completely your choice.

the general storyline would consist of Zaft, an army of genetically altered humans, and the Earth alliance, consisting of regular human's, who are at war with each other, trying to wipe the other faction out of existance.

The faction is a group of mercenaries who fight for who ever pays the bills.

you will select or create your own Gundam, with weapon's loadout and the rest.

so what would you guys think?
 
Hey, good to see you trying to get back into Rping.

As glad as i am that you are, i will join under certain conditions (god i sound like a fag XD). The conditions are

1: It purely remains Gundam. None of the other mechs from any other anime ( cross over within the gundam franchise is okay with me though)

2: That we do NOT upgrade our robot after every little skirmish.

3: Not really a condition, more of a request. I wish for you (as the rp leader) to at points split things up a bit so that not everyone is involved in the fight.

For point one, it just irked me when all these ridiculous mechs were brought in. Like that HUGE thing that could take down the HUGE gundam from seed destiny (sorry for forgetting their names. It was similar to the one stell drove). It was stupid how that thing took down the gundam in one shot. If anything, if they bring anything in, they should be prepared that the most powerful mech would be the Gundams.

For two, before even we get into any major combat, everyone's payload was stupid. Had any real robot carried that, they would have collapsed under the weight. It also meant that a single robot had the agility of a light class while carried the firepower of a battle ship. I personally think they just wanted their mechs to be able to rape everyone elses and that also pissed me off.

three is just a request so we arent all in the same area. But if you do follow my request on the third point, then you would need an assistance to control the other path. Just my two cent tho.
 
The first point i completely agree with, i mean in the last gundam Rp i opened, people were mentioningsuits from the armoured core games series and i was like "wtf is one of them"

the secondpoint. . . again i completely agree with, and if i remember correctly i never upgraded my suit as i used the Strike freedom from Gundam Seed destinand that'sso badass it don't need upgrading. but still, it annoed me and i will be mentioning in the RP sign up about over upgrading ones suit.

and yes, this time through i will try and make it so everyone isn't in the same place at the same time, for example i will mention different missions in different regions that need seeing to.
 
Great! Then i will join! I might consider using the old one i had in the other rp. I love using that gundam so i was already planning to use it. Maybe a tweak here and there tho.
 
Well, since my previous RP's bit the dust, (among other things), I might sign up for something like that.

Oh btw, I went through a name change.....again.
 
great! Another gundam rper. Good to see that there is still interest. Not a rule yet, but please stick to just gundams if you can?

Personally, rps fail because leaders cant get on with the plots. Menial battles turn into a full scale fight. Its better if you have an assistance with the story. Better yet that the whole thing has been planned from start to finish before you begin, but thats kjust me.

Btw, in KH, should i keep waiting for Hal?
 
First, I agree, that's why i've created my KH RP to begin with.

Second, Hal....dropped off the radar, and I can't seem to get in contact with him. We can still continue, just that I want to take it nice and slow until he gets back.

Finally, FMA, it's been a while, where've you been?
 
Haha, I been busy with alot of RL Shizz going on so i didn't get much net time, and it was mainly checking E-mails and FB.

anyway, been thinking about it, and I'm going to modify the storyline of the last Gundam RP I made, as to add deapth and a plot to it and make it better so give me a coupla days to work out all the kinks and I'll have the signup thread ready
 
Well, I don't have to deal with much IRL schizz, but at this point, my RP's are dying like the plague, ya know?
 
Zeria? Is that you? Man how come I can't command that kind of interest, even after making something like a Gundam styled RP.... :sad2:
 
well i'm working on the storyline as we speak, so expect the sign up and discuss thread soon, also Zeria, it would be good to have yu again
