Well if you can find it cheap, (like £15>) then you should get it. But to be honest with you, unless you liked Vincent and this is your sort of game, then you shouldn't really bother. It's nice to play through at first, but I thought it got a bit tedious towards the last few missions. If you can, then rent it for a few days (it shouldn't take you longer than that to complete it if you have the time aside) or lend it from a friend.

I recommend Renting it,I enjoyed the gameplay, but i just found the story realy poor especially later on in the game. and i wasnt fond of the new characters really they seem to advanced by that i mean pokemon after the original 151.personally i played the story once and never again, traided it in for FFXII........which also brang me disapointment until the very end of the game when it got good, though thats o excuse for a long dragged on game. .....

Just rent it if you like it buy it,its the best way.

If you are a big VV, FFVII or third person shooter fan then yeah, get it when you can, especially now as you can get it pretty cheap

the game play was alround crapy and the story was a bit lacking but i will say and it's a big thing to say but the last cutseane is one of the best i'v ever seen if you are going to play this game the only thing you will want to play it for is that cutseane and the music but it's not a game you'll fall in love with but it's just one of the must play games

i thought it was good. it was a good change from the normal final fantasies, i dont think its to every1s taste tho

I never bought it, my friend rented it, I played it for a hour then deleted the file on my memory card.

I'd rather sit around all day and play FF Tactics for the playstation. It has more spunk then DOC.

Sadly.

I actually really enjoyed Dirge of Cerberus. It's actually a challenge, the only really difficult game I've played for quite a while. It was also rather addictive, as much as I wanted to get on with Star Ocean 2, I just couldn't stop playing this. So, I think if you want the full FFVII experience, DC is certainly worth a play. Though, If you're unsure, you could try renting it first and buy it if you like it :)

You so definitely have to get it if you like Vincent Valentine so much! I thought that he didn't get a good role in the Final Fantasy VII game and was so happy to see that he was in Advent Children and Dirge of Cerberus! If you like him and shooting bad guys, go for it!

I loved this game because I am a major league Steven Jay Blum fan, not only that, there's also other Bebop people in it and Vincent is a great character and I have a lot of fun playing this game.

Spike, though I disagree with your post, your name is like sex to me.

For me, I hated this game. Combat was way tedious. you had to suck at the game to make it any fun.>=(

I never beat the game, but I got sick of it. Just too easy. So no. don't buy it unless those cinematic sequences mean THAT much to you. Btw, they are very purdy. I wish I had a Cellphone like Vincent's....

Why thank you I'm glad you like my handle and you're a fan of E7,
Moondoggie is one of my favorite guys.

Anyway, everyone is open to their own opinion and you know, it does frustrate me sometimes that I just stop playing for a while.
