Is there any way to beat cloud of darkness??

Hopefully "Go up to her and hit her" will be a good enough tip... But if not, here's some things to think about when facing up to CoD xD
CoD is all about BRV attacks, because she WILL unleash her BRV waves over and over on you. If you can keep a distance from her, do so. If not, watch your timing. It doesn't take that long to pump her with BRV attacks and then end it with a few HP attacks. Her HP attacks are easy to dodge because it takes so long to cast them and, if you remember what her attacks are, they are EASILY predicted. So, watch your timing on your dodges, and find the openings (there are heaps) and just own her =)

Her range is TERRIBLY & annoying long, but she's not very difficult. xD
Well, .SkyE pretty much said everything. But you're Tidus right? All his dodging moves help a lot =D Dart & Weave (ground) is such a great move, when she's up close and about to attack with her little yellow snakes, I used that move. Trust me, it helps. xD
Use Full Slide when you can too, I find it useful whenever fighting people like CoD, Kuja, Kefka, Ultemicia, etc.
Just attack when you can, and EX Burst when you have a decent amount of Bravery, or when you can Break your enemy, EX Bursts add such a nice touch to finishing battles.

Cloud of Darkness is really easy. All you have to do is break her and Hp attack finish her! Is that useful? Wel she has long range attacks and can trick you with her wrath particle beam. Just dont let her use strong hp attacks and you will be ok. Since when is a naked women hard for you anyway? Ex mode will killl her

Are you talking about Onion Knight's story where you have to play Onion Knight against CoD in the 'final' battle? The lady was a bugger. You need to dodge and avoid her attacks and find the time where she's stunned, then combo using OK's brave until her brave is Broken (?) then finish her off using HP attack. You can't risk spamming HP attacks because there's a possibility that she'll break you (right after you do a HP attack), you'd better off collecting brave until it's sufficient to kill her with one HP attack.
If you're using the player of your choice, I can't see how it's possible to have major problem with any of the bosses.
Keep trying, you will be able to read her attacks and beat her, eventually.

Her difficulty depends entirely upon the character you're using, actually, Adri. As you're a Terra user, you won't find her that difficult as you don't have to get within range of her whippytentaclerape attacks.
With Tidus she's a little tricker. However, he does have a move that is extremely helpful for taking her out. I don't remember the name of it but it's one where he dodges and boomerangs his sword. >_> Brave attack, but if you can get her into a chase, she's easily pwnable.
You just need to stay out of tentacle ranges, dash in as she recovers from using it and shove Tidus' sword right up her ... yeah. >_>
I'm just assuming you're using Tidus here btw.
