Only running til the 10th I think, but it's up there in the PS Store now.

Only played one game so far and gotta say, it's pretty damn cool. Already prefer it to MW2. Will definately be buying the full game.

Anyone got the Beta? Impressions?
 
I don't know much about it but I will try it when I get the chance! I heard its a huge ass war game. Is it a FPS OR TPS? Both are great tbh. What guns can you use. Whats better about this than MW2?
 
I played one round and I must say.

I*M EXTREMELY AMAZED!

This game plays so well for being a ps3 shooter and it's not hard at all with a controller. I'm literally in love with this game and I am deffinetly getting the full game when it is released.

It is indeed huge. To begin with, you'll have 64 players in a game (32 a side) but once you reach level 10, the number of players in one game can go upto 256. Alotta players eh? :D

FPS, and the guns differ depending on what faction you join. There's a choice between 3. You get skill points each time you level up, which allow you to buy weapon upgrades, new weapons, better medical equipment and such like.

As for what's better about it from MW2, it feels alot smoother to me. They pretty much got the range of each weapon (that I've tried) spot on. Better maps aswell. To me, it just feels better than MW2 and I'm enjoying playing it alot more so far.

Definately going to get it when it's released.
 
At first i didn't get into it but io gave in another shot and must it is very good with 31 other player at your side makes for an interest mini war. i also agree with previous statement about the difference between this and MW2

If i have the money i will buy it.
 
The game has been epic so far and makes it pretty much a must buy for FPS fans with a PS3. I really hope that the servers are nice and busy when this badboy comes out...because it will make or break the game IMO.

What faction did everyone pick? I went with Raven...because they were dark and mysterious ;)
 
SVER for me, was torn between them and Raven at first but settled on the SVER.

Level 11 at the moment, so have unlocked the Domination game mode with 256 players, vehicles etc. it's fucking chaos! Absolutely loving it.
 
Jumped into one game yesterday, bypassing the training, and did alright :D

Only played one round, got halfway to level 2 (pwn). Seems cool, just wish I had a high-def TV. Playing on standard def makes picking out objects difficult, especially in dark areas.

Gameplay was pretty sweet though. Haven't played mw2 so I can't compare, but I'd agree it plays remarkably well on the ps3.
 
the PMC group i joined is Valor (loving it) im Level 7 sniper just wonder will i keep this group once i get the game or will i have to start again.
 
From the screenshots on the website, this is definitely no Crysis (or Modern Warfare 2, for that matter). I want bleeding edge movement and texture quality and frankly, I've seen better.

That being said the battles online look pretty impressive (like a MMO version of Battlefront), and if I can find it on the PSO store I might try it out.
