its not rly serious, i just wanna know when do i get spells like fira,firaga and stuff like tht from enemies

It'll depend what level your characters are at. They higher the average level of the party, the higher the chance that the enemies you're fighting will be of a higher level and carry stronger spells like Fira, Firaga etc.
Alternatively if you get one of the GF's (possible Siren/Carbuncle) that has the draw/save ability, you can draw spells on the world map randomly and some of these will be stronger spells.

Also, some GF's can learn an ability that transforms low level magic in high level magic or transform items into both low and high level magic. I believe Quetzacotl and Alexander have the MidMag-RF and HighMag-RF ability or something like that and a lot of the GF's you get in the first part of the game have some sort of Mag-RF ability (like Ifrit's Fire Mag-RF for example). In this way, you can get quite powerfull magic before it is even possible to draw it from enemies.
